Disconnecting the transformer of any capacity and any make, out door/indoor type from platform / two pole structure by opening HT/LT side connection, earth connections etc and shifting it to another location by crane and putting it in proper position including connecting all connections on HT/LT side and earthing strip to neutral and body and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- This work shall be carried out as and when required during break downs.

Disconnecting the transformer of any capacity and any make, out door/indoor type from platform / two pole structure by opening HT/LT side connection, earth connections etc and shifting it to work shop including transport charges and putting it in proper position including connecting all connections on HT/LT side and earthing strip to neutral and body and testing complete all as specified and directed. M&L for Winding of HT/LT coil of different type capacity and make of transformer with approved quality super enamelled copper wire/ strips of approved make of suitable gauge and number of turns alongwith allied materials like cork sheet, fibre glass insulations, paper insulations, cotton/ Empire tap and tube wooden blocks bolts, nuts and washer (Brass) soldering and other packing material etc. complete all as required at site or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and depth beyond 1.5m but not exceeding 3 metre deep and getting out in loose/ soft soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches beyond 1.5m but not exceeding 3 metre deep and getting out in any type of soil for laying of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 m above the starting point, complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Sand cushioning to underground cables 8cm thick before laying cable and 15cm thick after lying and streching the cable, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- For payment purpose punned thickness shall be measured.

Supplying and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 2, flat, size 450mmx l80mm x 40mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of GI strip 32x6mm, buried in ground upto 50 cm or fixed to wall with insulators etc for loop earthing including welding for joints complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Earth work will be measured and paid separetely.

S&F (in repair) Supply and fixing in replacement GOD triple pole 11000 Volts, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked form ground level for current rating upto 400 Amps with dropout fuse complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, fix in repairs, testing and commissioning of Air break gang operated switch, triple pole mechanically operated out door type with all fittings/accessories mounted on and including 11 KV HT polymeric insulators and steel channel frame, GI operating rod 25 mm dia of suitable length with operating mechanism worked from ground level vertically operated including locking arrangement for operating handle with and including 7 levers Navtal lock complete suitable for current rating of 400 Amps HT 11 KV working pressure all as specified and directed.

S&F (in repair) Pin type white, brown and green insulator including one galvansied mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut 150mm high, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade, complete all as specified.

S&F (in repair) Disc type insulator, vitreous 145 mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green two in series assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors working pressure 11000 volts.

M&L for stay assembly,20mm stay rod complete with accessories as shown is electrical plate. NOTE:(Loop type insulator stay clamp Excavation and concrete work shall be measured and paid seprately.)

M&L Loop type porcelain vitreaus white, brown or green large size with overall dimension 90mmx140mm hole 52.5mm etc, all as specified and directed.

S& F in repair Galvanised stay strand, size 7/4 mm complete all as directed including taking down the old unserviceable stay wire, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair aluminium conductor steel reinforced any size in over head lines on HT poles including stretching the aluminium conductor and binding with binding wires of aluminium or aluminium tapes etc. Jumpers and connections, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F (in repair) Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Stretching the aluminium conductor on overhead line/Trimming of bushes,tress ( 8 ft near to over head HT line) HT pole and binding with binding wires of aluminium or aluminium tapes etc. jumpers and connections, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (a) Necessary shut down to be taken by contractor from 33 KV/ 11 KV MRS before performing the repair. (b) Stretching of each conductor between two pole will be treated as one job.

Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600x600x3.15mm burried directly in ground not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.25mtr below normal ground level connected to the GI strip 32x6mm size by means of bolts ,nuts,check nuts and washers of copper and 32x6mm Copper strip protected by provision of GI light grade pipe 40 mm bore incl provision of concrete pit in PCC1:2:4 type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregates with 40 mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 Kg /Sqm and 6mm dia bar handle ,excavation and earth work in any type of soil ,charcoal dust and salt light grade GI watering pipe 20 mm bore with funnel and wire mesh and medium grade GI protection pipe 15mm bore 5 Mtr long and GI strip upto main earthing of pole complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Sch 2009 Part-I all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Main earthing strip from earth plate electrode to test point upto length of 7.5 metres length shall deem to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (ii) GI protection pipe & earthing lead beyond 7.5 metres shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch A part-I. (iii) On testing after completion if desired resistance is not obtained, the contractor shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to the department.

M&L for servicing of HT 11KV, VCB installed at various locations including calibration by dismantling, cleaning, greasing the complete VCB with attached relays, bus bar etc, insulation testing, setting the contractor gap by measuring as required, reassembling the VCB and reinstalling back to its original position checking repairing the current, circuit panel wiring, relay testing (i.e. Primary and Secondary injection test)/setting of relay rating in 06 months intervals of all CT's and submitting the test report to Engr in Charge including provision of new spares as required complete including operational testing and commissioning all as directed. Note: (a) New spares, if required for repair/service of VCBs will be measured and paid separately. (b) Caliberation of relays and primary and secondary injuction test shall be conducted by authorises company/ manufacturers. Certificate of authority shall be produced by the OEM authorised company.

M&L for cleaning/Painting the Transformer of Transformer 11/.433KV capacity upto 750 KVA installed at various places of DRDL/ASL on existing place and height thoroughly with necessary cleaning agent including scrapping up of old corroded paint dirt/dust/rust carefully and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of grey colour/ existing colour complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 89 above but of capacity 1000 to 2500 KVA

Testing and calibration of protective relay provided on 11 KV feeders P127/P111 relay and all auxillary relays incoming and out going feeders with control panel and control cable differential relay once in a month through authorised service engineer, Checking of instruments function and taking corrective action for improvement if found improper, Checking the condition of transformers (Oil & winding temp and B/H relay) and taking corrective checking and operating the switchgear and trip circuit of HT panel/breakers for its proper functioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 33KV grade, composite disc insulator insulator of clevis/Tounge/socket or ball type spindle including nuts and bolts of size type as specified by the manufacturer conforming IS- 61109 including all galvanised steel disc fittings as required at site and removing of unserviceable insulators complete all as specified and directed. M&L for Servicing and overhaulling of 33KV and 11 KV breaker for the satisfactory electrical/ manual operation of all breakers in MRS complete all as directed.

M&L for Servicing , testing and calibration of protective relay provided on 33KV feeders (P642/P643 relay and all auxillary relays) complete all as directed.

M & L for cutting and removing grass, vegetation bushes etc from surrounding HT installation three times during a period of contract and removing all rubbish to a distance not exceeding 50 m as directed.

M&L for spreading the 20mm coarse aggregate in 33KV MRS yard complete all as directed.

M&L for spreading the 40mm coarse aggregate in 33KV MRS yard complete all as directed.

M & L for Inspection and servicing of OLTC of transformer of capacity 5 MVA and checking the electrical/manual operation of tap changer mechanism, check the integrity of the active components /contact surface mating for all tap positions, voltage ratio test for all tap position etc including cleaning of the OLTC complete all as directed. Note : The Contrator shall be responsible for correct servicing of the OLTC and servicing to be done through OEM of OLTC.

M&L for testing of old earthing using calibrated earth tester and submitting result to Engr-in-Charge. Earthing which showing much more result as specified as directed and disconnected should replaced with new earthling items are considered as below :- Note :- (i) Watering of earthing with 2 bucket 30 ltrs water mixed with salt (Total 5 Kg) shall be carried out one day before the testing and the cost of the same shall deemed to included in quoted rate.
