Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel, or RCC) any section, any length n exc 5m including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work, masonry etc. and all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum getting out returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surfaces in soft/loose soil.

Material and labour for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone agg) as in foundation filling and for mass concrete and all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing Joist, chancel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. including necessary cutting, drilling, welding etc. and bending to swan neck shape as required and drilling holes notching for wires etc. conforming to Fe-410- W(Gde- E-250) quality- B, including dismantling and removal of post, old poles etc. all as specified and directed.

Supply only of chain link fencing MS galvanised square wire mesh of size 50mm X 50mm, with dia of wire 4mm etc. all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing , line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire including dismantling of old existing fencing wire mesh of any type etc. all as specified and directed. Note rails, straining bolts, for fixing of mesh etc. shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item .

Supply and fixing Flat iron welded or jointed in connection with framed work including securing bolts and all necessary drilling, bolting or reverting and similar work conforming to Fe-410-0 complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing MS round bars 10 mm dia and over Fe 290 (Gde - E-165)cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally, hooping for columns, hooking ends and all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply and fixing Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) dia of neck 16 to 20mm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long complete all as specified.

Dismantling structural steel work incl doors, gates but excluding framed trusses etc.

Supply and fixing framed work as in doors or gates of angle, tubes or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, guard bar etc., complete, to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering) and hanging; also fastening and fixing Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality-A complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing MS Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.11611979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing Welded steel wire fabric mesh cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel not less than 0.9mmdia or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members not exceeding 4kg/sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Providing two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of new steel surfaces and all as specified and directed.

Note for item No 14 :- (a) Paint, shall be of 1st quality manufactured by the standard firms of make as specified.

(b) The contractor shall inform the GE, within three weeks of the acceptance of the tender, the brand/names of the manufacturers of paint proposed to be used in the works and submit samples thereof and obtain prior written approval of GE before their use in works.

(c) The contractor shall when so required by the GE, produce certificate from the manufacturer or their representative to establish that the brands of paints purchased by the contractor from them, satisfy the requirements of the relevant Indian Standards. Tint of paint, will be approved by the GE.

(d) Paints shall be obtained direct from approved manufacturer or from their authorized agents only of respective brands mentioned below and brought to site in sealed containers. The paint so procured shall be of first quality of any approved make as per list of makes specified. i. Berger Paints (Luxol), ii. Jenson & Nicholson (Brolac), iii. Shalimar Paints(Superlac), iv. Goodlass Nerolac (Nerolac), v. Asian Paints(Apcolite)

(e) Unless otherwise specified the tints of paint shall be as approved by the GE

(f) The contractor shall submit samples of the paints proposed for the work along with results of tests conducted in approved laboratory as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for approval.

Supply and fixing in repair concertina coil of 610mm dia (in stretched position) hot deep galvanised steel wire coated with CLR ante corrosive coating making diamond shape with the help of devotail clips (18 SWG) fixed over barbed with the angle iron the concertina coil is to be fixed with barbed wire at points where coil touched the bottom barbed wire with the help of hog rings (14 SWG) complete,incl removal of old all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair galvanised two strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed wire with 2 mm barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised MS wire staples or steel pins etc as directed (each line wire to be measured)

Restraining and resecuring barbed wire including making good staples etc (each line wire to be measured)

Material and labour for PCC 1: 3 : 6 type C-2 ( Using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates ) Cement concrete in surface channels and drains etc complete all as specified and including demolition of Concrete (un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone agg) as in PCC in Hard standing etc. with , spike rolling ,or making impression of expanded metal, while the concrete is green complete all as specified and Demolition of Concrete (un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided.

Material and labour for Grinding of existing mosaic / kota stone flooring in wall/flooring including mirror polishing complete all as directed.

Material and labour for welding in repairs not exceeding 10 Cm length & thickness of metal to be welded not exceeding 6mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in repairs 300x300x25mm thick prepolished cement concrete chequered tiles jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the floor including 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1.4 and incl removal of old and necc demolition and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Preparation of old decorated wall surfaces including cleaning with water rubbing of fungus complete removal, applying two coat of weather proof paint "APEX" exterior wall paint incl necessary preparation to give uniform and smooth finish all as specified.

Material and labour for broken stone boulders hard core of guage n.exc 63mm deposited spread and level laid in layers n.exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate 100mm thick as in sub base of floor finished even and rough to receive top layer and all as specified and directed and Demolition of Concrete (un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided.

Material and labour for machine pressed pre polished precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade over sand cushion with grey cement and no pigment incl removal of old and necc demolition and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for machine pressed pre polished precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-40 Grade over sand cushion with grey cement and no pigment and included side kerb concrete, incl removal of old and necc demolition and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Renewing cement concrete tiles/interlocking tiles in patches, area n exc 5 sq.m. Including removing and cleaning old tiles, preparing beds and laying or setting, jointing and pointing new or old tiles complete all as directed. Note : The rate included for cutting out broken tiles, removing and cleaning loose tiles, preparing bed removing rubbish, roming and replacing old with new tiles to match, complete with all cuttings etc, that may be required. New tiles required is deemed to be included all as directed. The unit rate is also including necessary bedding in cement mortar/Sand filling.

Material and labour for Machine cut cudappah stone slab 20-25mm thick, laid over and including 15mm thick cement screed base in CM(1:4), laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, incl removal of old and necc demolition complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : (i) Dismantling of stone slab and tiles laid bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description of thickness in floor (i) The unit rate is deemed to be included for rounding to edges of stone slabs.

Material and labour for Providing 50mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in concrete in floor of SWT, laid to slope for further treatment with using integral water proofing compound and Demolition of Concrete (un reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for 18-20mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills,cooking platforms, shelves in cupboard,handwash places and like including necessary cutting and grooving to walls and making good by pointing in cement mortar (1:2) using admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including cement screed bed Cement Mortar (1:6) 15 mm thick colour of granite as approved incl removal of old all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. NOTE : (i) Dismantling of stone slab and tiles laid bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description of thickness in floor (i) The unit rate is deemed to be included for rounding to edges of stone slabs.

Material and labour for crack cutting &removing the concrete in side the crack line properly & maintain the groove size(50mmx25mm) of the bldg at any height and then all crack properly filling with micro concrete Renderoc RG and all as specified and directed. .

Note for item No 63: The unit quoted rate deemed to be included for following :- (a) 25mm layer of cement mortar glass (of bottle or thick glass) broken to approximately 63mm gauge, shall be firmly embedded at the rate of 10 Kg of glass per square metre of rendered surface, jogged edges of the glass being left projecting.

(b) Taking down existing glass from coping.

(c) Scaffolding for execution of work and protective measures should be taken.
