Transportation of D.C. rig machine and other equipments with all accessories and materials required for construction of tube well including loading & unloading. This must include the transportation of other equipment associated with rig machine and its works.
For district Jaunupr.
Erection of rig machine and camp equipage including leveling and dressing of site for proper construction of tube well.
Supply of all required materials and construction of tube well by Direct Rotary Rig Machine and arrangement of water required for drilling of tube well etc. as per specification confirming to ISS No.-2800 ( Part-I & II) 1979.
Drilling of initial pilot bore having 200mm diameter as given below.
From G.L. to 80m BGL.
From 80m BGL to 120m BGL.
From 120m BGL to 160m BGL.
From 160m BGL to 200m BGL.
From 200m BGL to 240m BGL.
From 240m BGL to 280m BGL.
From 280m BGL to 320m BGL.
From 320m BGL to 330m BGL.
Reaming of drilled pilot bore of 200mm diameter up to 500mm diameter finished bore by using suitable sizes of RR bits from GL to 60m BGL.
Reaming of drilled pilot bore of 200mm diameter up to 450mm diameter finished bore by using suitable sizes of RR bits from 60m BGL to 330m. BGL as given below.
From 60m BGL. to 80m BGL.
From 80m BGL to 120m BGL.
From 120m BGL to 160m BGL.
From 160m BGL to 200m BGL.
From 200m BGL to 240m BGL.
From 240m BGL to 280m BGL.
From 280m BGL to 320m BGL.
From 320m BGL to 330m BGL.
Proper cleaning and two coats painting of tube well assembly by anti corrosive black bituminous paint including all material labour T&P complete in all respect.

Preparation of T.W. assembly of size 200mm x 150mm diameter at site including welding lowering of tube well assembly, arrangement of welding plant and other materials required for proper completion of the work. The necessary 200mmx150mm diameter MSERW pipes and fittings, such as M S rings, reducer, center guide and bail plug shall be provided by the department at site of work as given below.
200mm diameter plain MSERW pipe from GL to 55m BGL
150mm diameter plain/slotted MSERW pipe from 55m BGL to 80m BGL
150mm diameter plain/slotted MSERW pipe from 80m BGL to 120m BGL
150mm diameter plain/slotted MSERW pipe from 120m BGL to 160m BGL
150mm diameter plain/slotted MSERW pipe from 160m BGL to 200m BGL
150mm diameter plain/slotted MSERW pipe from 200m BGL to 240m BGL
150mm diameter plain/slotted MSERW pipe from 240m BGL to 280m BGL
150mm diameter plain/slotted MSERW pipe from 280m BGL to 300m BGL
Shrouding of pea-gravel (from G.L. to 330m BGL) including washing of tube well required for proper completion of the work. The necessary pea-gravel shall be provided by department at site of work.
Dismantling of rig machine and camp equipages after completion of work and re-instatement of site of work.
