RCC Grade M-25 using concrete mixer Upto height of 5 M as per HSR item No. 27.27.1.1

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work, where not included in the complete rate of RCC, including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding, wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. complete in all respect below plinth level. Note: - Reinforcement shall be measured in length including hooks, if any, separately for different diameters as actually used in work, excluding overlaps, wastage, overpals, couplings, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire or other methods of binding & placing shall not be inlcuded in the rates for inforcement. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade FE-500D Kg or more as per HSR item No. 6.33.6/6.34.6

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m. as per HSR item No. 4.32

Brick Masonry Work in C.M. 1:3 in Sub Structure including Scaffolding complete excluding Pointing and Plastering as per drawing and MoRT&H Specifications HSR item No. 27.1

Providing and fixing in position 20 mm thick premoulded joint filler in expansion joint for fixed ends of simply supported spans not exceeding 10 m to cater for a horizontal movement up to 20 mm, covered with sealant complete as per drawing and MoRT&H specifications as per HSR item No. 27.51.3

Providing and fixing on wall face Unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes. HSR 9.57.1

Finishing with epoxy paint (two coat) at all location prepared and applied as poer manufacturere s speitins i/c approprite primer coat HSR 11.73.2
