REPAIR/MAINTANANCE OF SECURITY LIGHTS ALONGWITH CONNECTED ITEMS AT D-II ZONE AND CBS GHAROTA AREA UNDER AGE E/M GE(S) MAMUN

Attending of day to day complaint for LED street/ Security / high mast lights of 12 mtr height any make installed on street light poles 9/11 mtrs long buildings walls, received through telephone or in person and rectification of defects street light fittings of any make by bringing down the fittings on ground or in position by replacing unserviceable parts including cleaning acrylic cover for clear reflection of light or replacement of old unserviceable street light fitting with new fittings. Note:- (i) Contractor will provide veh, ladder, tools & plants and takels required at site. (ii) items replaced shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items as supply only. (iii) Complaints shall be attended and rectified within 24 hrs of receipt of complaint. (vi) Lights of any number on one pole repaired shall be treated as one complaint. (v) Old retrieved material to be sold to contractor under schedule of credit shall be deposited in store yard of AGE E/M and will be given to contractor after completion of contract. (vi) Cntactor will deposit material procured to department on acceptance and material to be deposited by contractor shall be decided by Engineer -in-Charge. (vii)If the complaint is not attended with in 24 hrs, a penalty of Rs. 100/- complaint for first 24 hours and Rs. 50 for the next 24 hours shall be levied to contractor.

Supply only in replacement LED street light fitting of 45 watts, 5700k, IP 66 IK-07 rating power factor >0.95, IK-08 having 120 lm/watt efficacy with invidual lens cover on each LED, rendering index > 70, 4 KV integrated surge protection, external 10 KV surge protection potted driver, tougned glass cover in high pressure die-cast powder coated aluminium housing and making connection using 3 core fleaxible copper cable complete all as specified and directed.
