Outsourcing of services round the clock (consisting of 03 shifts) including Sunday and Holiday for operation of Diesel driven generating set 100 KVA capacity standby diesel engine driven generating sets-02 Nos at INHS jeevanti and connected electrical items such as control panel ,MCCB,changeover switch , main switches, starters including daily cleaning of complete installation etc all as specified and as directed . Notes:- (a) 01 Operator(Skilled labour) to be employed in each shift of 08 hrs each. (b) Timing:08.00 hrs to 16.00 hrs , 16.00 hrs -24.00 hrs and 24.00 hrs - 08.00 hrs

All as per Item No. 1 here in before but for 63 KVA standby diesel engine driven generating sets - 2 Nos & 160 KVA standby diesel engine driven generating sets - 1 No at INS Gomantak

All as per Item No. 1 here in before but for 40 KVA standby diesel engine driven generating sets - 1 No at Comcen.

All as per Item No. 1 here in before but for 82.5 KVA standby diesel engine driven generating sets - 2 Nos & 63 KVA standby diesel engine driven generating sets - 1 No at 2WDet substation.

All as per Item No. 1 here in before but for 400KVA DG set at HQ GNA with two shits (timing 06.00 hrs to 14.00 hrs and 14.00 hrs to 22.00 hrs except sunday and closed holiday.

Note for Item Nos. 1 to 5 (a) The operator shall be experience holder of two years in particular field with minimum qualification of ITI. (b) Contractor has to provide log sheet and shall be maintained properly. (c) The contractor / operator is responsible for safe custody of installation including all accessories/ consumable and penalty as PS clause is applicable in case of any loss or damage to Govt property (d) Contractor has to provide proper uniform with proper name of operator encrypted in the shirt and safety shoes to operator without any extra cost to the Department. (e) Daily maintenance shall be carried out all as per manufacturer's instructions. (f) Consumption of DHPP will be regulated by the Dept. (g) General cleanliness/ removing of vegetation of respective installation surrounding area to be done regularly and the cost of the same shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

Servicing and Carrying out maintenance for DG sets by the authorised Engineer of respective manufacturer from the OEM of DG set of Kirloskar/ Cummins make of 400KVA at HQGNA, injector & valve tappet setting, checking of vibration damper, checking turbocharger, oil leakage, tightening mounting screws & nuts, replacement of filters & oil, checking inlet & Exhaust manifold cap, screws, checking of fan hub & water pump, removing the existing unserviceable engine oil, clean the oil sump and refilling with required quantity of new oil & coolant top up, charging of battery, filling of distilled water, cleaning of radiator fins by using blower / inside tank with solution (caustic soda with water) to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, trial & testing etc all as specified and as directed. Note : (a) New spares required for repairing will be measured and paid separately as "Supply only".

Supply only Air filter element Notes :- (1) The maintenance spares, engine oil, Coolant will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule. (2) Any other check as per menufacturer's instructions / Engineer in Charge direction shall be carried out by the contractor and the same may be included in the quoted rate.

Supply & filling coolant concentrate superkool xtra as required in the DG set all as specified and as directed.

Supply & filling engine oil premium blue 15 W 40 grade API CI 4 PLUS as required in the DG set oil sump all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling the defective alternator of any capacity from the existing foundation and from Engine after removing all electrical connections, transporting to approved / authorised / directed workshop, opening and taking out burnt winding, cleaning the stator assembly rewinding with super enameled copper wire as per existing gauge as per original manufacturer and applying insulating varnishing of ‘F’ class, baking in oven re-assembling the alternator, transporting back to site re-installing the same position , carrying out alignment of complete DG set connecting up all electrical connections testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : - (a) Rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of making good the disturbed surfaces. (b) The DG set shall be tested on load as per rated capacity for the satisfaction of Engineer- in- Charge to achieve designed parameters.

S & F in repair door hinges for canopy of any capacity of DG set door including nut, bolt, drilling of hole, welding all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling the old and unserviceable DG set rubber hose pipe up to 2'' dia and replacing the same with of existing size and equal length for any capacity DG Set including both side hose clamp, with nut, bolt and washers as required , etc as all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No.34 here in before but of hose size 3" all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling the radiator assembly from any capacity DG set carefully for necessary repair , soldering the cooling tube if found weak /leakage , cleaning properly , replacement of nuts , bolts , rubber mounting bushes etc and refixing the same at site including testing on completion all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs connecting and commissioing lead acid battery 12 volts 180 AH all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs connecting and commissioing lead acid battery 12 volts 135 AH all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling the unserviceable Dynamo / Alternators 12/24 volts and rewinding with ‘F’ class copper wire of 22 /existing gauge including dismantling the old coil, cleaning thoroughly and winding with super enameled copper cord of existing size and gauge, varnishing, drying etc and re fixing with dynamo/alternator properly including testing on completion all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling the defective Dynamo /Alternators 12/24 volts and necessary repair with replacement of defective spares such as, carbon brushes, carbon spring, bearing, bushes, defective wiring, and soldering after re-fixing at site all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling the defective self starter assembly of 12/24 volts and necessary repair with replacement of defective spares such as, carbon brushes, carbon spring, bearing, bushes, defective wiring and soldering after repair, re-assembling and refixing at site complete as directed including testing on completion all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repairs for providing new AVR unit suitable for any capacity DG set size all as specified and as directed

M&L for providing new control panel assy suitable for any capacity DG Set size in repairs ie taking down of old unit, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repairs for providing new feed pump suitable for any capacity DG Set size complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling the defective exciter of DG set of any capacity from the existing foundation and engine after removing all electrical connections, transporting to workshop rewinding the burn out coil complete with super enamelled copper wire rewinding, applying insulating varnish of 'F' class baking in oven reassembling the alternator, transporting back to site, re-installing the same carrying out alignment of complete DG Set connecting up all electrical connections, testing & commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair digital type volt meter square type 96x96 mm up to 3 Phase AC 50 HZ, 500 volts of and connecting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing copper cable multi stranded suitable for 12/24 volts battery replacing the same with of existing size and equal length complete fixing with brass clamp at both ends including taking down of old one from the existing battery all as specified and as directed.

S &F in repair asbestos rope 12 mm dia of superior quality for wrapping with the exhaust pipe of any capacity DG set all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement V belt suitable for any capacity DG Set as per existing model and size including dismantling the old one all as specified and as directed.

Scraping the old paint from the DG set of 400 KVA capacity including outer body of silent DG set, applying spray paint two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and writing of SM/MES No at easily visible manner all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking out the defected Electromagnetic speed Governor unit with fuel injector pump assy from any capacity DG set, transport to authorised work shop, cleaning the Fuel injector, Nozzle, calibration in test bench re-assembling into the DG set at site with necessary new gaskets/ nut, bolt and washer and testing all as specified and as directed. Note : The cost of spares like new injector / nozzle / gasket are deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

S & F and repairs PCB suitable for any capacity DG Set of existing make including testing and dismantling of old PCB Card all as specified and as directed.

S & F Distilled water in the DG set battery of any capacity all as specified and as directed.

M & L for opening the cylinder head of the engine and oil sump carefully for replacement of head gasket including sump gasket complete refixing the head and sump to arrest oil leakage with engine complete with proper alignment and testing the engine for 1 hrs on load to achieve designed parameters of any capacity DG set all as specified and as directed.
