Dismantling of Centrifugal Pump set of capacity 60 to 100 HP (Make: Kirloskar), electric driven AC 3 phase, 415 Volts, transporting to workshop, dismantling, removing the burnt out windings, cleaning the starter slots and rewinding with super enamelled copper wire of suitable gauge, insulating, proper heat varnishing, re-assembling and re-installing the pump set complete in existing position complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Battery 12 Volts, 7 AH, dry type complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Comprehensive monthly maintenance of auto fire alarm system (of SIEMENS make) installed in New Command Bldg (OTM). Detailed scope of work consists of the following:- (i) Daily inspecting, checking and cleaning, repairing if required all the equipments of fire detection system. (ii) Operational test of all the equipment of fire detection system in presence of rep of users and Engr-in-charge. (iii) The contractor shall be submit test report regarding functioning of all the equipments duly signed by contractor, user's rep and Engr-in-Charge. (iv) Details of fire equipments required to be maintained are as under:- (a) UL Listed auto fire alarm control panel having micro processor based 3 Nos loop cards (252 device/loop card) - 02 No. (b) UL Listed intelligent addressable multi-criteria detector with base- 587Nos. (c) Manual call point - 88 Nos. (d) Control module for hooter - 61 Nos. (e) Fault isolator - 04 Nos. (f) Wall mounted hooter - 10 Nos. (g) Response indicator - 196 Nos. contd.....

NOTES TO ITEM NO. 17.00:- (i) Maintenance shall be carried out through the OEM or his authorised technician. Supporting documents in this regard shall be submitted for approval of Accepting Officer prior to commencement of work. (ii) The OEM rep or the authorised technician shall attend the site daily and remain at site during office hours. Failue to do so shall invite penalty as stipulated in particular specfications. Proper attendance register shall be maintained duly signed by the contractor and Engr-in-Charge. (iii) Emergency visit will be carried out when called for, in addition to the normal monthly maintenance in case of any failure in the system due to any cause whatsoever without any additional cost. (iv) Material required for replacement will be measured and paid separately under respective items of this schedule.

S&F in repairs Power Transmission Board for FADP complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Make: Siemens or equivalent model in other makes specified in tender)

S&F in repairs Computer Accessories (Mother Board, RAM, Graphics card, Hard disc, Keyboard, Mouse) for the FADP and making complete the set fully functional complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs Fire Graphics Software for Computer of the FADP at New CMD bldg complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Make: Siemens or equivalent in other makes specified in tender)

S&F in repair/replacement of UPS 2.0 KVA suitable for working on 230 Volts, 50 Hz AC supply complete including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Detectors, intelligent addressable type multi Sensor with Heat and Smoke detector Photoelectric with optical base complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Make: SIEMENS or equivalent model in other makes specified in tender)

S&F in repair Response indicator as per sample suitable for the Fire fighting system complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Sprinkler Glass Bulb type (Standard Response) as per IS:15106/TAC guidelines 68 degree temperature rating pendent type as per sample suitable for FF Sprinkler system, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning in replacement of 200mm dia heavy duty class 'C' MS pipe, 6mm thick ISI marked as per IS:1239 with all necessary fittings & fabrication like tees, elbow, flanges, reducer, gaskets, nut and bolts etc welding or screwed joint as required including fixing of pipe with necessary standard standard clamps structural steel supprt as required/directed at site including painting of two coats of synthetic enamel paint of post office red color over two coats of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of old painted surfaces of fire fighting MS pipes and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer (using spray gun) including preparation of surfaces for any description/type with arrow mark of pipes (with other color as directed by engr-in-charge) complete all as specified and as directed for the following size of pipes :-

80 to 100 mm bore pipes

Re-filling of CO-2 gas to existing cylinders any size and capacity (ranging from 2 Kg to 45 Kgs) including necessary hydro testing Complete with certificate of the company complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs SS hydrant valve for fire fighting equipment 63 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of old painted surfaces of mild steel hose box of size 800 mm x 600 mm x 250 mm, double door (any description) and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer (fire red outside and brilliant white inside yard) including preparation of surfaces for any description/type complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for testing of Wet riser/Down comer system including pipe lines of high rise bldgs [Signal Regt/Old Cmd bldg (P-1)] complete with all connected panel and valves on Yearly basis incl minor repair of Panel, gauge and other equipment all major items mentioned in above schedule will be measured and paid seperately all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note: Testing of fire fire fighting system shall be carried out through reputed agency having minimum 05 Yrs experience in fire fighting works. Necessay supporting documents shall be submitted by bidder for approval of Accepting Officer before commencement of work. All major items mentioned in above schedule will be meaured and paid separetely).

M&L for Complete Checking and testing of Wet Riser System, Sprinkler pipe line System of high rise bldgs (NEW OTM CMD BLDG) with all connected fire fighting Pump, electric motor Panels, MCCB, Pressure Switch, Air Vessel, Timer and all valves of any type around the Bldg and Pump house as well as in Bldgs on yearly basis incl minor repair of the equipment, all major items mentioned in above schedule will be measured and paid seperately all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note: Testing of fire fire fighting system shall be carried out through reputed agency having minimum 05 Yrs experience in fire fighting works. Necessay supporting documents shall be submitted by bidder for approval of Accepting officer before commencement of work. All major items mentioned in above schedule will be meaured and paid separetely).

Repair /Maint of fire fighting conventional FIRE ALARM SYSTEM including rectification, fault identification of complete fire detection system installed at P-1 Bldg & OD-II including minor repair, Yearly testing one time and cleaning of all detector after each testing and replacing the defective parts involved for smooth operation/function of F/Fighting system including cleaning, adjustment, minor repairs of smoke detector, heat detector, Manual call Point and also Checking of fire fighting wiring & FDA Panel etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. The details of Fire equipments required repairs/maintenance are as under :- (a) Conventional Fire Alarm Panel with 20 zone (total 20 zones )- 01 nos (b) Conventional Smoke detector and Heat detector with base - 960 nos (iii) Conventional Manual Call Point - 30 nos, (iv) UL listed intelligent Hooter-30 Nos (v) Zone Module - 20 Nos contd.........

NOTES TO ITEM NO. 36 :- (i) Checking & Repairing if required all the equipments of fire detection system (ii) Operational test of all the equipment of Fire detection system of rep of users and Engr-incharge, (iii) The Contractor will submit test report regarding functioning of all the equipments duly signed by contractor, user's rep and Engr-in-charge (iv) Maintenance shall be carried out through the OEM or his authorised technician. Supporting documents in this regard shall be submitted for approval of Accepting Officer prior to commencement of work. (v) Emergency visit will be carried out when called for in addition to the breakdown call in case of any failure in the system, without any extra cost. (vi) Materials required for replacement will be measured and paid seperately under respective items of this schedule

Taking out unserviceable LT Firefighting panel board (of any size at P-1 Pump House)) and Supply, install, commissioning and testing of indoor type LT Firefighting Starter Panel Board, cubical type, dust and vermin proof, made out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet of minimum size 1800 mm x 1500 mm x 500 mm, fabricated in CPRI approved factory with front and back openable door (with locking arrangement) and making compartment for each MCCB/Change over switch separately, cabinet and all members chemically treated with MSR solution for anticorrosive treatment and powder coated (shade RAL-7032) and inclusive of four numbers copper bus bar of 400 Amps capacity (of adequate length), for three phase and neutral system, fixed over and including 4 nos insulators, pre-wired with PVC insulated stranded copper conductor (of adequate size), all incoming / outgoing connection to be made with copper lugs and copper strips, with provision of cable entry and exit at mid portion of the panel board (with cable gland) and two numbers Danger Notice Plate (of size 20 cm x 15 cm, suitable for LT line, made out of 0.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour, fixed with MS angle frame of size 40X40X6mm with legs not more than 60cm including grouting with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 complete all as specified and directed including supply and fixing of the following accessories :-
