10 mm dia Anchor Fastner- Providing and Fixing 10 mm dia Anchor Fastner of approved make including drilling in concrete as per requirement for fixing ms supports for piping works or other structures all as specified by the manufacturer complete all as per specifications and drawings.

PUF PIPE SADDLE SUPPORT- Providing and Fixing 50 mm thick puf pipe saddle support sizes from 100 mm dia to 200 mm dia pipe of approved make including fixing over ms supports for piping works or other structures all as specified by the manufacturer complete all as per specifications and drawings.

DISPOSAL OF PIPES/METAL SCRAP-Transporting of existing G I scrap pipes to Departmental TVS store by mechanical means including loading, unloading etc complete as per clause-25 of specifications and as directed by Engineer In charge

CORE CUTTING TO RCC SLAB - CORE CUTTING to RCC slab to make a hole size upto 150 mm Φ by using Core Cutting machine for inlet drain point at Terrace including cleaning of site etc complete as per clause-26 of specification and as directed by EIC.

LEAD SHEET FLASHING- Providing and fixing LEAD SHEET FLASHING of about 450 mm x 450 mm size made out of 1.50 mm thick lead sheets including centering, supplying and pouring of micro concrete into surrounding gap of pipe, forming to required shape, dressing, fixing to mouth of rain water pipes with necessary bitumen, testing, dismantling of concrete & brick bat coba waterproofing area about 600 mm x 600 mm etc. complete as per clause-27 of specification for rain water down takes of size upto 150 mm n.b.

SFMC Micro concrete- Providing SFMC Micro concrete for strengthening of structural members including mixing, pouring, curing as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Using 100% SFMC

Opening in RCC fascia ornamental wall- Making the opening about 200 mm diameter in RCC fascia ornamental wall (overall thickness about 300 mm ) opening including cutting masonry and making good the damages to walls, etc complete to match existing surface including disposal of mulba/ rubbish to the nearest dumping ground etc complete as directed at site

Demolishing CC or RCC works- Demolishing C.C / R.C.C works by mechanical means and stock piling at designated locations carefully with out damaging adjacent structures and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 100 m, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately including cutting reinforcement bars all as directed at site.

Miscelleneous civil works- Supplying and deploying Mandays SKILLED as required for carrying out miscellaneous civil works including removing/shifting of equipment, lead bricks, metal scrap, unwanted materials lying at site etc. complete as directed by Engineer-In-charge. Details as per clause of specification under item-31.

Dismantling Bituminous Road-Dismantling Bituminous Road including stacking of serviceable materails and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 m lead

Dismantling WBM & RUBBLE SOLING-Dismantling WBM & RUBBLE SOLING LAYER manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materilas within 50 m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying of 230 mm thick SOLING-Supplying, stacking and laying of 230 mm thick rubble soling stones as under floor base including packing with smaller stone and compacting, ramming including spreading and consolidation of blinding material, moorum etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Reinforced Cement Concrete of M-30- Providing and laying in position Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) of grade M-30 using 20mm maximum size aggregates and crushed sand of approved quality including admixtures of approved brand and quality (plasticiser or super plasticiser) if required, including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, transporting, placing, vibrating, consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement complete as per specifications.

Reinforcement Steel- Providing Reinforcement Steel for reinforced cement concrete at all levels including supplying, preparation of bar bending schedules, cutting, bending, transporting, fixing, tieing in position with PVC coated G.I binding wire, all labour charges, cost of cover blocks in specified grade of concrete etc. complete as per specifications and drawings.

Ready Mix external plastering works -Providing 20 mm thick plastering using Ready mix external plastering compound of approved make for external faces of brickwork / concrete surfaces including preparation of the surface, curing, cleaning scaffolding up to 10 metres height complete.all as per specifications including forming drip moulds wherever necessary and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Extra for RCC Using Ready Mix Concrete from outside project area including transporting and pumping from approved batching plants .

Form work- Providing , centering ,shuttering Form work using PVC film faced plywood to get a neat form finish surface for all types of structures including necessary strutting, proping, staging, supports etc and deshuttering the same after the specified time all as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all levels

Colour anodized aluminium work-Providing and fixing colour anodized aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fastners etc. complete as per clause of specification and as directed by EIC(fittings glazing and panelling shall be paid for separately)

Aluminium Composite Metal Panel- Designing, providing and fixing of 4 mm thick approved make and shade Aluminium Composite Metal Panel of approved make cladding at different locations including soffits of over-hangs but excluding aluminium frame work with grids filled in with weather silicon sealant as per the drawings. The ACM panel composition shall be of 0.5 mm thick PVDF coated aluminium sheet + 3 mm thick low density polyethelene virgin resin core + 0.5 mm thick polyester (PVDF) coated Aluminium sheet all complete as per approved shop drawings and specification (Aluminium frame work will be paid under reelevant item)

Kotah stone flooring-Providing and laying minimum 25 mm thick uniform shade Kotah stone flooring over 20 mm thick (Avearge) base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing in minimum three levels to obtain mirror polish complete with base cement mortar 1:4 (using crushed sand) all as per specifications, patterns and drawings complete.

Glazed VITRIFIED floor tiles-Providing and fixing Glazed VITRIFIED floor tiles Using Tiles of size 600 X 600 mmof approved make in different sizes conforming to IS 15622 in all colours and shades in Glossy or Matt or satin finish laid over a bed of minimum 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (using Crushed sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry including grouting with the joints with white cement based Tile Grout of approved make and matching shade complete as per patterns, drawings and specifications complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

LEAD CHARGES -Lead charges for lead Exceeding 2 KM but not exceeding 3 KM, by mechanical transport including loading, unloading, stacking / levelling etc.

Curing Compound- Providing and applying curing compound Masterkure 185 of BASF or equivalent make having acrylic resin base, multi role curing, sealing and protective membrane applied by spray/roller/brush on the repaired as per manfacturers recommendations etc complete as specified including providing suitable temporary scafolding or movable ladder etc complete as directed by EIC.

Structural Repairs with PMM-Providing structural Repairs in Old Damaged concrete structures / surfaces with approved Polymer . With following operations 1) Removal of loose/Spaled or damaged concrete by chipping and cleaning the concrete suface and Reinforcement steel with wire brush and with water jet. Applying Protective Coat / bond coat using Polymer and Cement in the proportion of 1; 1.5, Reinstate the area with polymer modified mortar in layers of maximum 20 mm with the proportion after every 20 mm thick bond coat as per 2 above to be applied before continuing further structural repair works. Note: Providing suitable temporary scafolding or movable working platform at site.

6 mm thick Flat fibre cement sheets- Supplying and fixing of 6 mm thick Flat fibre cement sheets in ceiling including fixing the sheets to existing frame work with Stainless steel(SS) nuts bolts of suitable size about 5mm(3/16) x 25 mm ,disposed off unwanted materials & dumped at debris disposal point filter house at a distance of 300 m etc complete generally as per specification and as directed by E-I-C.

Taking out C.I cover with frame and refix-Taking out C.I cover with frame from R.C.C Top slab of inspection chambers of various sizes including demolishing of R.C.C work manually / by mechanical means and stacking of useful materials near the site and disposal of unserviceable materials within 200 m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Cast Iron Man hole cover-Supplying and fixing Cast Iron Man hole or Cast Iron Steps cover of approved make and weight as specified in the drawings or as directed by the Engineer in charge

Inspection chambers of 900 x 900 mm-Inspection chambers of Internal size clear dimention of 900 x 900 mm in 230 thick brick masonry with cement mortat 1:4 as per clause for item-51 of specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Extra depth- Extra depth over initial depth of 900 mm for chambers of 900 x 900 mm internal size.as per clause for this Item of specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling and refixing paver block-Dismantling and refixing existing cement concrete interlocking paver block as per clause for Item-53 of specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Brick work-Providing and constructing Brickwork in cement mortar 1:4 using crushed sand with Flyash / Flyash Lime bricks with minimum 70 kg / Sq. cm strength of appoved make and size in Sub structure including, scaffolding, raking out joints, curing, cleaning complete all as per specifications and drawings.

Constructing of ms temporary partition-Constructing of ms temporary partition as per clause for Item-55 of specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying of ms drum-Supplying of m s drum of 200/210 litres volume of 18 gauge x tare weight about 22 kg having symbol for radioactive sign and epoxy painted with yellow shade,Full Open Top with removable lid & GI Lever type Ring etc complete as per specification of clause-56 of specification and as directed by EIC.

Dismantling contaminated pipes and packing in drum-Dismantling and cutting g.i. pipes contaminated with radioactive substance including packing in drum as per instruction of departmental HP and stacking within 100 m lead for further disposal works etc complete as per clause-57 of technical specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-charge.

Epoxy paint to stainless steel pipes-Providing and painting two (or) more coats with Epoxy paint at stainless steel pipes prepared and applied as per manufacturer' specifications including a priming coat if specified by the manufacturer, preparation of surface by cleaning with wire brush and rubbing with sand paper to remove dust, dirt etc, after first coat Epoxy based trowelling compound if required, including preparation of the surface by scrapping, applying sand paper,by cleaning with wire brush and rubbing, making free of rust, dirt etc. filling the holes, joints, cracks if any etc. complete.all as per manufacturers technical data and as directed at site to acheive 200 micron film thickness (50 micron primer coat + 150 micron finishing coat).

Anticorrosive tape to u/g portion pipe-Providing and fixing 4 mm thick anti corrosive membrane tape of approved make to pipe at underground portion, applying one coat of cold stick bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 ltr/sqm or as per manufacturer specifications by the same membrane manuifacturer. (The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorized applicator of the manufacturer of membrane complete as per clause-59 of specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying and wearing safety gears-Supplying and wearing safety gears like dust respirator, disposable gloves and overshoe cover on daily basis to each labour as per Clause-60 of technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and wearing additional safety and protective gears -Supplying and wearing additional safety and protective gears to carry out the work mentioned in Item, Safety and protective gears includes (1) Chemical / Eye Protection Splash Googles (2) Safety helmates (3) Safety harness and (4) boiler suit for cleaning labours and as per Clause-61 of technical specifications. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and placing disposal bags-Supplying and placing disposal bags of large size for disposing debris as per Clause-62 of technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
