Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 m below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to GI earth wire 4 mm dia drawn through and including GI protection pipe of light grade 15 mm bore by means of bolts, nuts, checknuts and washers all as shown in Electrical Plate No.3 of SSR Part-I and connected to main switch board including excavation and earth work, PCC chamber in 1:3:6, RCC Cover in 1:2:4 type B-1 , 20 mm dia medium grade GI pipe with funnel and wire mesh complete all as specified and directed. (Note: GI pipe 15mm dia, GI wire 4mm dia upto 7.5m deemed to be included in quoted rate.)

Supply and replace old unserviceable false ceiling fitting with ultra modern recess mounted 36W LED luminaire suitable for armstrong grid /POP ceiling of 2'x2' and complete with suitable aluminium frame for POP/Gypsum board 2x2 panel light,including electronic driver complete all as specified and directed. . Supply and replace old unserviceable surface type fitting, surface type Aesthetically designed 2x2 LED flat panel 36 W for surface mounting which provides soft-light and glare free symmetrical illumination.,including electronic driver complete all as specified and directed. . Supply & fixing inreplacement galvanised iron tube bracket of 40 mm dia light grade and 1.2 mtr length for fixing building security light, with all fixing arrengement including necesssary clamp, nut and bolt etc. as required size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace laminated sheet 3 mm thick suitable to MS box of 250 mm x 200 mm size complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable point wiring of any description/type/ size of light/fan/tube/power/two way/bell etc on TW batten/conduit including removal of batten / conduit / gutties / wooden boards / Hylam sheet/ light fittings etc and removal of unserviceable material out of site and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/ceiling so as to match with the existing finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring on surface conduit with single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade cable with multistranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm (Nominal area) drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit medium duty ISI marked of suitable dia conduit wiring in walls/PVC conduit on wall including Tee, Junction boxes and provision of 2.0mm thick MS terminal boxes duly painted with red oxide metal primer and covered with 3 mm thick sheet cover of suitable size including suitable screws with washer for mounting switch sockets and regulators and drawing continuous earth wire with and including PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade cable with multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm (Nominal area) and connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified & as directed for One light point controlled by one, one way switch 5 amps, SP

Supply and Replace old unserviceable CFL fittings with LED false ceiling/ POP ceiling mounted downlighter with white powder coated polycarbonatehousing and pressure die-cast heat sink having high efficiency of capacity 15 Watt fitting size as per existing light complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for Submain wiring on surface with 2 runs of single core 6 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded 1100 volts FRLS grade with copper conductor drawn through and including non-metalic rigid PVC conduit and conduit accessories of medium grade not less than 25 mm dia including one run of single core 6 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded 1100 volts FRLS grade with copper conductor cable as earth continuty conductor along with the wiring and connected from DB to DB/main board including removing the existing unserviceable sub main wiring and making good the disturbed surface to match with the existing complete all as specified and directed. .Note:-Two runs of cable, one run of earth contuinity conductor and one run of conduit shall be measured as one unit length.

Material and labour for maintenance free safe earthing electrode (SEE) designed pipe in pipe technology, set of 3 Nos earth pits distance between each earthing should be 3 mtr( in trinagular shape) duly inter connected with copper earth strip 20mmx3mm, each earth pit having outer pipe of size 76 mm dia each pipe have 3 mtr long duly zinc and alloy coated having zinc coating (80-100) microns to whole length of pipe and alloy coating 250-300 micron to upper 300 mm length of pipe, inside filled with crystal conductive compound (CCC) having anti corrosive and conductive properties to provide annular space of earth electrode and external black fill compound two bags of 25 kg each mixed with soil all around the earth pipe for retaining moisture, and dissipation of fault current, connected to eathing test point including excavation,earth work, Earth pit chamber of internal size 45x45x45 mm made of bricks and internal & external plastering with cement ratio 1:4 , RCC(1:2:4 including reinforcement) cover of suitable size, GI protection pipe 40 mm dia medium grade for protection of inter connecting earthing strip and testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed. M & L for copper strip 20 x3 mm fixed with saddles/ insulator and screws etc on wall and for roof conductor and down conductor above the ground level, along with neccessary fixing arrengement complete all as specified and directed.NOTE :- It will be measured from earthing pit.
