2nd Floor

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position of steel Fe 550D grade Reinforcement for all RCC work with Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting up to 3.30 m height with all cross bracing for plane surfaces as detailed below, using mild steel sheets of 90 X 60 cm 10 gauge stiffened with MS angle of 25 X 25 X 3mm for boarding, laid over adjustable span & jacks and supported by 50mm dia pipes for general pipes scaffolding systems @ a spacing of 1.20m c/c and vertical connected at a height of 2.0m c/c including 'C' & 'U' clamps and base receiver cup at bottom for connecting pipes etc and removable systems etc., Rate to include all materials, labour charges, wastages , placing, transportation, lead & lifts, tools & plants, fuels, fixing in position at all levels, heights, masking tape in sheet joints, consumables, etc. as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Laying Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & five sand) using II nd class Ground moulded bricks of size 9" X 4-3/8" X 2-3/4" including finishing, curing,etc., complete complying with standard specification. Rate to include all materials, labour charges, wastages for working at all levels with necessary lead and lifts, transportation charges, loading, unloading, scaffolding, staging, curing, fuel, consumables as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the Client / Engineer-in-charge.

2nd Floor

Supply, making and fixing of well seasoned Teak wood door frame approved size and as per drawing detail. All exposed wooden surfaces are duly polished with melamine polish of required level. The rate shall be inclusive of making necessary design as per drawing, fixing holdfast in CC 1:2:4 of size 300 X 200 X 150 mm and 75 mm long 10 mm dia anchor fastener to RCC location where ever required. Finishes shall made at Factory only installation at site. Rate including all materials, labour charges, wastages, necessary lead and lifts, transportation charges, loading, unloading, scaffolding, staging, fuel, consumables as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Scantling shall be up to 2000mm length

Scantling shall be above 2000mm and below 3000mm

Supplying and fixing of 200mm length mild steel hold fasts horizontally twisted with pair of suitable iron screwsetc complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officers.

Providing and fixing Solid core flush shutters with Teak ply on both side with teak wood lipping alround 35 mm thick. The shutter shall be made of solid core of block board type bonded with PF synthetic resin conforming to BWP grade of IS 848 with 6mm thick teak wood lipping finished with melamine polish of approved make, colour & pattern including finishing of door shutters on both sides with 1.0 mm thick laminate of approved pattern as per drawing. The construction procedure of the shutter should be as per IS 2202. The shutter shall be shop prepared for taking mortice lock or latches suitable lock block of wood may be provided for fixing the hardware. The size of block, shall perfectly correspond to the maximum size of lock, covered in IS 2209. All the four edges of the door shutter shall be square. The shutter shall be free from twist or warp in its plane and of required size etc. complete as directed. Rate shall include for cost of hardwares (aluminium hinges 125x30mm size - 3Nos. aluminium aldrop of size - 250x16 mm - 1No. Aluminium tower bolt of size 250x12mm - 1Nos. tower bolt of size 200x12mm - 1No, D type aluminium handle of size 200mm-2No., aluminium door stopper with nylon bush - 1No) as required and fixing them all like lock, hinges, handle, tower bolts, and other accesories etc..as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification, as directed by the Departmental officers.

FIRE RATED STEEL DOOR Providing and fixing of 2 Hrs rating Hollow metal Un-Insulated fire rated doors (Insulated fire door with 30Mins Insulation for stability, integrity & insulation at Emergency exits/ staircase exits only.) as per IS 3614 part-1, for stability and integrity. Pressed galvanized steel confirming to IS 277 with the following specification. Recommended fire door shall be tested to IS 3614 part 2 / ISO 834-1 Part 1 / BS476 Part 20 & 22, CBRI / Cerifire, third party certified, for maximum rating of 120mins, in latched /unlatched condition (if used with deadbolts and pull handles). Labled doors with certification shall be with vision glass as a part of complete assembly. Manufacturer test certificate shall cover doors both single and double leaf and all doors supplied shall be within the tested specimen, deviation in specification and sheet thickness other than what is mentioned in the test certificates are not allowed. Proper label confirming the type of door and the hourly rating is mandatory of approved manufacturer.

a) Door Frame :Door frame shall be Double rebate grooved profile of size 143 x 55mm made out of 1.60mm (16gauge) minimum thick galvanized steel sheet. Frames shall be mitered and field assembled with self tabs. Frames to have inbuild grooved sealing system and shall be site fitted with fire rated EPDM gasket as standard. All provision should be mortised, drilled and tapped for receiving appropriate hardware. Frames should be provided with back plate bracket and anchor fasteners for installation on a finished plastered masonry wall opening.

b) Door Shutter : Door leaf shall be 46mm thick fully flush double skin door, Un-insulated with or without vision lite. Door leaf shall be manufactured from 1.2mm (18guage) minimum thick galvanised steel sheet. The internal construction of the door should be rigid reinforcement pads for receiving appropriate hardware.

c) Infill material: The infill material shall be resin bonded honeycomb core. All doors shall be factory prepped for receiving appropriate hardware and provided with necessary reinforcement for hinges, locks, and door closers. The edges should be interlocked with a bending radius of 1.4mm. For pair of doors integrated astragals has to be provided on the meeting stile for both active and inactive leaf. Vision lite wherever applicable should be provided as per manufacturers recommendation with a clipon arrangement. The glass should be 6mm clear borosilicate fire rated glass of relavant rating of the door.

d) Finish: Surface of the frame and shutter shall be cleaned suitably & thoroughly with solvents and as per manufacturer’s specification.All doors and frames shall be finished Pure Polyster Powder coated and shall have passed minimum 500 hours of salt sprey test.

Shutters shall be provided with the following : i) No visible screws or fasteners on either face and Internal reinforcement shall be provided at top, bottom and stile edges for desired fire rating. ii) Factory prepared shutter with pre-punched cutouts and reinforcement pads to receive the approved type and make of Hardware and Iron mongery. iii) Pre-drilled hinge plates with hinge guard covers and shutters with locks to have concealed lock box with lock fixing brackets with pre-tapped holes and screws. iv) Reinforcement pad at appropriate location to receive the hinge, vision panel, flush bolt ,locks, Door closer, Panic Bar, etc. as per the approved type and make of Hardware and all as per manufacturer’s design and conforming to Standards. v) Necessary provision / fixing arrangements shall be provided in the shutter as well as in the frame to receive / fix the Electro magnetic latch, Electro magnetic contact for hooter with reinforcement pads and in such a way to connect the same to the card access control system / IBMS.

e) Installation : The frame and shutter shall be installed in position as per the methodology described in the Technical specification with necessary accessories, tools & Plants etc.

f) Grouting: Frame shall be pressure grouted with cement slurry 1:3 ratio or filling the pre cast solid block core to the frame profile as approved. The surface after grouting shall be neatly cleaned and to be ensured that there is no scratch in the door frames after grouting. Back fill the frame through holes provided and insert plug in type nylon plugs after cleaning the surface and to suit the frame finish and colour.

H) Special Provision : i) Provision / fixing arrangements to be made in the shutter as well as in the frame to receive / fix the Electro magnetic latch, Electro magnetic contact for hooter with reinforcement pads and in such a way to connect the same to the card access control system / IBMS.

iii) All the Materials and hardware specifications proposed for door shall conform to the codes, technical specification and to the bills of quantities. iv) Quoted rate shall be deemed to have considered all the items covered in the specification and drawings, whether explicitly stated or not.

Frames shall be provided with the following : i) Back plates - 3 mm thick on all jambs with provision for anchor bolt fixing to wall openings. ii) Hinge plates 3 mm thick pre-drilled to receive approved type and make of hinges for screw mounted fixing. iii) Factory finish-pre-punched cut outs to receive specified type & make of hardware and iron mongery. All cut outs including hinge plates, strike plates to have mortar guard covers from inside to prevent cement, dust ingress into cut outs at the time of grouting of the frame. iv) Reinforcement pads for fixing of door closer, locks and handles at appropriate location as per manufacturer’s details. v) Plug-in type rubber silencer not less than 2 mm dia shall be provided on the strike jambs for single shutter frames and on the head jambs for double shutter frames. vi) Frames shall be in knock down form with butt joints for bolted assembly at site or as per manufacturers specification with out visible joints/welding marks in frames. vii ) Fire Rated Vision Galss - 200 x300

Providing and fixing of flooring with quality approved make of Double charged vitrified tiles - Polished / Matt (seamless joint) confirming to IS 13006/EN 176 Group B1a with techical specification as Mohs scratch hardness minimum 7,Water Absorption of less than 0.5%, Modulus of Rupture greater than 35 N/mm2, Deep Abrasion resistant maximum 175 mm 3 Surface flatness, Straightness of sides ± 0.25%, thickness ± 5% of size of approved colour and size & thick as specified below, set in 20mm thick C.M.1:4(1 cement and 4 manufactured sand ) and pointing with white cement to matching colour shade as per Manufacturer's Specification and as directed. Flooring with following antiskid ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6 mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M Sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Supply and Laying of Flooring with best quality approved Kotah stone slab not less than 20 mm thick and the size of slab in general not less than 1200 x 600 mm machine cut and machine high pre-polished, set in C.M 1:4 (1 of cement : 4 of manufactured sand ), 20 mm thick topped with white cement slurry (for surface contact of the bottom of the Kotah slab) as per approved pattern/design as per drawing by using irrespective of size and shape, including finishing the joints with white cement slurry, cutting, edge chamfering and polishing rough, medium, nice and acid wash and tin-oxide polish. Supply and Fixing Dadoing with best quality polished vitrified tile of approved make set in C.M 1:3 (1 of Cement : 3 of manufactured sand) 12 mm thick and pointing the joints with white cementt compound and matching corner tile beading. Supply and painting over the existing walls and ceiling surface with 2 coats of first quality cement paint of approved make and colour over one coat of priming coat white colour water proof cement paint. Rate including all brush, ladder, scrapping, washing, materials, labour charges, wastages, cleaning, necessary lead and lifts, scaffolding, stagging, working at all levels, elevations, transportaion charges, loading, unloading, curing, sanding, touchup putty, surface thoroughly cleaned and wetted before painting as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and painting of 2 coats of weather proof exterior emulsion with high sheen, anti algal properties over one coat wall exterior primer of approved quality and shade etc., complete. Rate including all brush, ladder, scrapping, washing, materials, labour charges, wastages , cleaning, necessary lead and lifts, scaffolding, stagging, working at all levels, elevations, transportaion charges, loading, unloading, curing, sanding, touchup putty, surface thoroughly cleaned and wetted before painting as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Installation of Dry wall partition as shown in the Architectural Drawing to the thickness and height as mentioned below. But generally the partition shall be with GI stud, flooring and ceiling channels with two layer of tapered edge gypsum board (conforming to IS 2095 Part 1 : 2011) fixed with GI studs on both sides. All drywall partitions should have the duty ratings as specified under BS 5234 part 2. The detail specifications and methodology are listed below.

Floor and ceiling channel made of GI steel to be anchored to the floor and true ceiling using HILTI HLC8x40 / HILTI X - GN20MX anchor fasteners at 600mm c/c in zigzag manner. Floor channel to be wrapped with 70μ Self Adhesive LDPE moisture barrier film to further improve corrosion resistance performance. The gaps between floor and flooring channel, true ceiling and ceiling channel should be covered with fire sealant. C stud of 0.5mm thick having one flange of 34mm and another flange of 36mm made of GI Steel to be placed at the spacing specified below, in between floor and ceiling channel. Stud and floor channel are crimped together with crimping tool. Noggin channel of suitable width and 0.5mm thick having two flanges of 40mm each has to be provided at the horizontal joints of outer layer boards screw fixed to the studs using metal to metal flat head screws. 50mm thick Mineral wool or polyester wadding of density not less than 48 kg/m3 shall be placed in metal framework. Holding clip should be used to hold polyester wadding in its position.

The gyp boards are to be fixed with Drywall Screws of 25mm and 50mm at minimum spacing of 300mm at Centre and 150mm at periphery of wall to either side of the stud. The gyp boards to be placed vertically to the framework, with joints staggered to avoid leakage through joints. Finally square and tapered edges of the boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing with Jointing compound confirming to ASTM C 475 and fibre mesh joint tape as per the manufacturer's specifications. Joint finishing to be done for both 1st and 2nd layers of gyp board

All the GI channels and sections should be finished with minimum 120 GSM as per IS 277. Coating with AZ150 as per IS 15961 will be added advantage. All dry wall screws should be made of Carbon steel confirming to EN-ISO 7049/50 and finished with Case hardened Grey Phosphating CLASS 48 as per EN 14566. All metal to metal screws should be made of Carbon steel confirming to EN-ISO 7049/50 and finished with minimum Zinc Coating Thickness of 4.14micron.

Note: 1. The junction of the partition with masonry and all penetration through the partition has to be treated with Hilti/Pyroplex acoustic sealant. 2.Vendor has to submit detail specifications with shop drawing for approval. 3. No Deductions for the horizontal service penetrations. 4. Deductions to be considered for Doors and Windows. 5. Control Joint has to be provided at every 10 Mtr. c/c. along the length of wall. 6. Necessary GI stud backing to be provided for handing the soft board / white board panels. 7. Thickness of partition, size of stud and channel to be as listed below

Rate to include providing GI angle bead at all L-Junctions of partition, Nogging channels at the horizontal joints of each boards, GI stop beads around the door openings, providing necessary GI sections backing / Cutting for switches and sockets, additional supports near the openings, wood inserts for fixing joinery, necessary sound deadening membrane to achieve the required acoustics etc., Quoted rate to be inclusive of all the works mentioned above with standard drywall partitions accessories. Actual laid area from floor to true ceiling will be measured and paid. Working at all levels and heights and as directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

With 94mm floor and ceiling channels and 92mm C stud placed 610mm c/c to a maximum height of 5 meters Skinning - two layers of 12.5mm plain gypsum board with density not less than 640 kg/m3 on both sides. Insulation - 50mm thick Rockwool of density 48 kg/cum wrapped with 40GSM fiber glass tissue in drywall partition with holding clips

Supply and Installation of 122mm thick Two hours fire rated GI stud partition which includes two layer of tapered edge 12.5mm thick Fire rated gypsum board (conforming to IS 2095 Part 1 : 2011 ) of density not less than 750 kgs /m3 fixed with 70mm GI acoustic studs on both sides. All drywall partitions should have the duty ratings as specified under BS 5234 part 2. The detail specifications and methodology are listed below.

The fire line gyp boards are to be fixed with Drywall Screws of 25mm and 50mm at minimum spacing of 300mm at Centre and 150mm at periphery of wall to either side of 70mm stud. The gyp boards to be placed vertically to the framework, with joints staggered to avoid leakage through joints. Finally square and tapered edges of the boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing with Jointing compound confirming to ASTM C 475 and fibre mesh joint tape as per the manufacturer's specifications. Joint finishing to be done for both 1st and 2nd layers of gyp board

All the GI channels and sections should be finished with minimum 120 GSM as per IS 277. Coating with AZ150 as per IS 15961 will be added advantage. All dry wall screws should be made of Carbon steel confirming to EN-ISO 7049/50 and finished with Case hardened Grey Phosphating CLASS 48 as per EN 14566. All metal to metal screws should be made of Carbon steel confirming to EN-ISO 7049/50 and finished with minimum Zinc Coating Thickness of 4.14micron.

LIFT WATER PROOFING COATING TREATEMENT

1) Lift Surface Preparation The damaged or weaken portion of the concrete shall be removed and the sound RCC slab and wall shall be kept exposed. All Surfaces should be dry and free from contamination such as oil,grease, loose particles,decayed matter,moss,algae growth, laitance,and all traces of mould release oils and curing compounds. Spalled and deeply disintegrated concrete should be removed to sound concrete and repaired with a Fosroc repair system using RenderocS2(or) Renderoc SP40.All the pin holes of RCC slab & wall need to treat with Renderoc FC using up to 3mm All the honeycombs area of RCC slab & wall need to treat with Renderoc S2 (or) Renderoc repairing mortar.

2)Grouting Treatment: Construction joints and other leaking spots in the concrete surface shall be drilled and fixed with 12mm dia heavy PVC pipe nozzles using Renderoc Plug at regular of 1 metre c/c or Depending on the site conditions. It needs to be ensured that the reinforcement is not damaged during drilling holes. The construction joint shall be opened to a size of 20mm x20mm and filled with Renderoc S2 (or) Renderoc S40 (or) Polymer modified comentitious repair mortar using with Nitobond SBR. Brushbond Rfx Application Saturate the surface with water before application. Mix Brushbond Rfx powder component(15kg) to the liquid polymer(5kg)in a plastic or metal drum.Mixing is continued lump free slurry is obtained and should be mixed for 3 to 5 minutes.When the concrete surface is damp,apply the first coat using a trowel a minimum wet film thickness of 1mm (approx.coverage is 1.9kg/m2). First coat should be allowed to cure for a minimum of 5 hours at 20c or 3 hours at 35c. Second coat should also be applied at a minimum wet film thickness of 1mm.Sprinkle the sieved sand on wet surface of final coating for better adhesion of plaster or screed
