Providing and constructing Decorative RCC Wooden Log Theme Entrance Gate of approved design and dimensions over existing/proposed road, comprising excavation in all types of soil, disposal of surplus excavated earth, providing and laying 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 levelling course, RCC isolated footing of size 1.80m × 1.80m × 0.45m thick founded at a depth not less than 1.80m below ground level, RCC pedestal complete with reinforcement steel, centering, shuttering, vibration, curing and all allied works. The gate shall consist of tree trunk shaped circular RCC columns of 450mm dia, decorative curved RCC arch members of 300mm dia and decorative wooden log pattern RCC cross members of 250mm dia, complete with Fe-500 grade reinforcement steel, M-20 grade cement concrete, machine mixing, placing, compacting, vibrating and curing complete as per approved design and direction of Engineer In Charge. RCC columns shall be reinforced with 8 Nos. 12mm dia Fe-500 TMT bars and 8mm dia stirrups @ 150mm C/C, RCC arch members shall be reinforced with 6 Nos. 12mm dia Fe-500 TMT bars and 8mm dia stirrups @ 150mm C/C and RCC decorative cross members shall be reinforced with 4 Nos. 10mm dia Fe-500 TMT bars complete. The gate shall have a clear opening of approximately 4.50 Mtr (15'-0") and overall height up to 5.00 Mtr above finished road level or as per approved drawing. All exposed RCC surfaces shall be finished with minimum 12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3, finished in natural wooden log/tree trunk texture using white cement, approved colour pigments, oxide colours and other necessary materials to achieve realistic wooden appearance. The work shall further include one coat of approved exterior primer and two coats of exterior grade weather resistant wood finish paint complete. The item includes cost of all materials, labour, reinforcement steel, PCC, RCC, excavation, footing, pedestal, centering, shuttering, scaffolding, machinery, T&P, transportation, loading-unloading, leads, lifts, royalties, taxes, contractor's profit and all incidental charges complete in all respects as per approved drawing and direction of Engineer In Charge.
