Charges for cutting and removal of existing corroded/ damaged of the seal trough in bottom ash handling system and devolution to central stores at NCTPS-II, including cost of consumables, T&P’s hire charges.
Charges for Iron and Steel material transporting, unloading at works spot, arranging tools & trackles etc., for leading & lifting the materials including cost of consumables, T&P’s hire charges.
Charges for fabrication and erection of MS structurals of the seal trough in bottom ash handling system including cost of consumables, T&P hire charges.
Charges for erection of necessary scaffolding arrangements inside bottom ash hoppers 4 no’s into 10mtrs elevation for all the four sides of the BAH and dismantling the scaffolding arrangement after completing the work.
Charges for plastering of the fire create cement inside bottom ash hopper for thickness of 50 mm
Chipping the refractory in the wornout portion of BAH dent portion and plastering with the fire crete castable refractory and curing including T&P’s consumables at a wall thickness of 215 mm
