Providing services for manning, operation including periodical maintenance of 11KV main receiving Sub Station-No 1 round the clock for 24 hours ie in three shifts of eight hours duration each (to be operated by one skilled operator (Electrician) in each shift) including Sundays and holidays to operate the following eqipments / machinery at the installations :- (i) 400 KVA transformer (ii) 25 KVA DG set (iii) Testing of Transformer oil , BDV of oil from time to time (iv) Replacement of Silica Gel (v) Checking of Winding and Brush incl Top up oil of transformer etc. (v) Operation ie switching on/off of DG set as required from time to time (vi) Necessary minor routine repairs and related testing and any other related work as given by Engineer-in-charge. (Note- Rates quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be include for providing the reliver duty).
Providing services for manning and operation including periodical maintenance of 11KV main receiving Sub Station-No 2 at water filteration plant round the clock for 24 hours ie in three shifts of eight hours duration each (to be operated by one skilled operator (Electrician) in each shift) including Sundays and holidays to operate the following equipments / machinery at the installations :- (i) 200 KVA transformer -02 Nos (ii) 200 KVA DG set (iii) Testing of Transformer oil , BDV of oil from time to time (iv) Replacement of Silica Gel (v) Checking of Winding and Brush incl Top up oil of transformer etc.(v) Operation ie switching on/off of DG set as required from time to time (vi) Minor repairs of all type of Low/High lift pumps (ie. 75 HP pump -03 Nos, 40 HP pump -02 Nos), handling/ operate/ checking of all existing LT/APFC panels etc. and any other work as given by Engineer-in-charge.t(Note- Rates quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be included for providing the reliver duty)
Providing services for manning, operation including periodical maintenance of Water supply Filteration Plant round the clock for 24 hours ie in three shifts of eight hours duration each (to be operated by one semi skilled operator (FGMs) in each shift)including Sundays and holidays for operation following equipments / machinery at the installations. Note- Rates quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be included for providing the reliver duty) (i) Treated Water Plant (ii) Raw Water Plant (iii) Maint of areation, fountain, Sedimentation, Settling tank and filter beds. (iv) Maint of chlorination dosing system etc. (v) The FGM on duty in the water supply installations will also operate all the connected valves of affected area.
Providing services for manning, operation including periodical maintenance of Water supply installations for 16 hours ie in two shifts of eight hours duration each (to be operated by one semi skilled operator (FGMs) in each shift) including Sundays and holidays for operation following equipments / machinery at the installations. Note- Rates quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be included for providing the reliver duty) (i) Operation of sluice valves (opening and closing) (ii) Check priming of pumps, operation and Minor repair of low/high lift pumps and panels (iii) Providing glands, nuts, bolts, washers and packing of low lift/ high lift pumps (iv) Cleaning and maint of OHT and UG sumps and river channel etc. (v) The FGM on duty in the water supply installations will also operate all the connected valves of affected area.

Contractor shall be well conversant with the minimum fair wages circulated by the Department of Labour, Govt of Maharashtra/ GOI. Contractor shall quote the rates accordingly and ensure payment of wages to the persons employed as per minimum wages applicable .
Rates quoted for outsourcing the services as described in Srl No. 1.00 to 4.00 here-in-before shall include the following:- (i) The contractor shall pay minimum wages for labour as fixed by the Govt. of India / State Govt. whichever is higher for the respective city issued time to time. (ii) Employees state insurance @ 4.00% (employer contribution 3.25% & employee contribution 0.75%) on wages as per existing rules (iii) EPF, EPS, EDLIS and administrative charges @ 13% on wages as per existing rules (iv) Bonus if applicable as per existing rules (v) Contractor's over head and profit (vi) LWC @ 1% on (i) to (v) above as per existing rules (vii) GST @ 18% on (i) to (vi) above as per existing rules
(i) The rate quoted shall not be less than minimum wages as notified by Government of India / State Government / Local body whichever is higher including all statutory provisions such as EPF, ESIC, Bonus, taxes etc as applicable. (ii) The Firm's claims in bills regarding ESI, EPF, Service Tax should be accompanied by documentary proof pertaining to the previous month's bill. A requisite portion of the bill i.e RAR / final bill amount shall be held up till such proof is furnished at the discretion of the GE. (iii) The firm shall submit proof of payment given to workers and endorse a copy to Engineer-in-charge, showing the details of payments, deductions (including all statutory deductions) & net amount with requisite challans in each case/person indicating PF number, ESI card detail etc. (iv) Engineer-in-Charge will maintain the record of attendance in respect of the persons deployed by the Firm on the basis of which wages/ remuneration will be decided in respect of the person at the approved and agreed rates. The firm shall be responsible to keep all records of payment, attendance, leaves etc. duly signed by the Engineer in Charge and endorse a copy of all the documents with RAR/ Final Bill as applicable. (v) Also refer Sch'A' Notes given in tender documents.
The contractor shall be solely responsible for any mishap, accident and other mishappening to workmen during work and settling all claims of workmen with labour commissioner or court law. Tradsmen and helpers shall be fully insured (under group insurance or otherwise) and insurances certificate will produced as documentary evidence by the contractor to GE duly signed by Engineer-in-Charge and contractor within 15 days of date of commencement of work. The rates quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be included for this aspect and nothing extra shall be payable on this account.
The contractor shall be solely responsible any type of sitting / welfare arrangment cum other facility including area cleaing, providing tool/plant for shift duty operators at all sites without any extra cost to the Deptt.
T & P required for workmen such as tool kit ,inculding suitable vehicle/ tractor as and when required considering the urgency of service at any location ,any other safety equipments and safety tools etc. as required shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. Unit rate per shift deemed to be inclusive of these aspact. No claim what so ever on this account shall be admissible by the department. All complaint shall be immediately attended by the contractor as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge without any excuses.
The timing of shift(s) and location will be decided by the Engineer-in-charge as per ground requirements in consultation with user, accordingly, the manpower will be deployed by the contractor for each shift(s) and location as directed by engineer-in Charge. No claim(s) by contractor on this ground will be entertained at any stage. In case of any difference of opinion between Engineer-in-charge and the Contractor in this regards, the decision of the Accepting Officer shall be final, conclusive and binding.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR HANDING/TAKING OVER AND OPERATION OF INSTALLATIONS :- (i) The installation will be handed over to the contartor in operating state on the date of commencement. (ii) The operator shall ensure servicability of installation by trial and shall be remain alert for operation and for every odd situation. (iii) The installations will be operated continuously without any break ie on Sundays and holidays also.The contractor shall employ extra tradesman and helper for relief on holidays/weekly holidays. The rate quoted shall be demed to be included for this aspect. (iv) Required DHPP"N'and Engine oil for day to day maintenance shall be issued under Schedule B from AGE E/M Store at Bhusawal and shall be transported to site by contractor under his own arrangements. (v) All the sluice valves near OHR and near Md Accn shall be operated regularly as per water distribution timings. (vi) Any spares/ cosumables like Gland packing/rubber packing, hose pipes, belts etc, if required, will be replaced by the contractor for smooth functioning of DG Sets, Pumps, Air compressors and sluice valves etc and cost thereof shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (vii) The installation will be taken over from the contartor in operating state oncompletion of work.
