LIST OF WORKS FOR EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY WORKS
Taking down carefully old Power Transformer 66/11 KV ,8 MVA carefully and including breaking of PCC making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.
Taking down C & R Panel complete all as speicified and directed.
Dismantling and taking down existing 66 KV SF6 breaker complete all as directed.
Taking down 66 KV LA complete all as directed.
Taking down CTs complete all as directed.
Taking down HT ,11 KV cable 400 Sqm 3 core with cable boxes complete all as specified and directed
Taking down of copper control cable of size 4/10 Sqmm complete all as directed. Note:- For Ser item No 3.00 to 9.00:- Taking down material deposited in MES yard as per direction by Engineer-in-charge.
Excavating in trenches in soft / loose soil, not exceeding 1.50 m wide and not exceeding 1.50 m in depth for foundation for pipes, walls, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, cables etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.50 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed
Returning, filling in soft / loose soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed

Supply and laying 40-63mm graded stone aggregate spread around the plinth mounted transformer/ four pole strcture of transformer complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fixing cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 400 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fixing cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 400 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for Earthing complete for transformer/ VCB Panels with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metres below normal ground level with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 32mm x 6mm and including GI pipe 50mm bore light grade as protection pipe (from top of earth plate up to the test point) by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI and thimbles, earth plate surrounded by packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt 15cm thick, all around including top and bottom and watering pipe 20mm bore of GI pipe light grade with funnel and wire mesh, PCC chamber of size 300x300x300mm(top of chamber minimum 15 cm above the normal ground level (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate and RCC cover (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate of 25mm thick with 2 nos MS handles of 12mm dia including necessary excavation/ earth work in any type of soil/rock and as shown in Electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) testing on completion complete all as specified.
Supply, install, testing and commissioning Power Transformer of capacity 8 MVA, 66/11 KV Copper wound two winding core type outdoor type as per IS onload tap changer with RTCC and AVR for OLTC from (+) 5% to (-) 15% in step of 1.25% ,HV bare bushing termination and for LV side 11 KV have bushing termination IS :2026 incl first filling of transformer oil with following fitting and accesories complete. Note:- 1. The errection of transformer shall be done under the supervison of manufacturer auth rep & certificate to this office shall be submitted by the contractor duly signed by manufacturer auth rep & Engineer-in-charge. 2. The transformer shall be fixed on platform to be constructed as per design by manufactrure ,cost of platform shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor for the transformer ,No claim whatever shall be entertained on this acount a later stage. 3. Drawing and make for power transformer shall be approved by GE before placement of order. 4. Pre dispatch inspection shall be carried out by nominated rep of Accepting Officer within overall cost quoted. 5. Pre -commisioning shall be carried out by SEI from HQ CE WC within overall cost quoted. 6.Pre-commisioning of power transformer and 66 KV Network by state electricity board /PSPCL shall also be got carried out within overall cost quoted. 7. Testing of 8 MVA power transformer shall be carried out by SEI from HQ CEWC.
