Steel work welded in built up section, trusses and framed work including cutting hoisting Fixing in position and applying a priming coat or fred lead paint :- In trusses and trussed purlings in building

Providing & Fixing 0.45mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of plyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metere with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accessories as required as per Engnineer in charge.

Provding ridges or hips 60cm over all in plain with galvanised iron prepainted steel sheet fixed J or L hooks bolts and nuts 8mm dia GI Limpet and bitumen washers complete 0.60 mm thick sheet.

Half Brick masonary using common burnt clay building bricks above plinth upto floor two level in cm 1:4 ( 1 cement :4 sand) conventional brick first class.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium work for door, window, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS:- 1285 anodized transparent or dyed to required shade acording to IS 1868 (Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions at Top, bottom and sides with required PVC/Neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, restfree, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically where every required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beadign for glazing/ panelling C.P brass/ stainless steel screws. All complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer in charge.

For Shutters of doors widows and ventilators inclding providing and fixing hinges/pivots and making provisions fir fixing of fititngs where ever required including the cost of PV/ Neoprene gaskets as required ( fittings and glazing/ panelling shall be paid for separately)

P/F glazing with glass panes of 5.5mm thickness as direction f Engineer in charge.

15mm cement plaster in sigle coat on rough side of brick/ concrete stone walls for interior plastering up to floor two levls including arrised., internal rounded angles, chamfers and or rounded angles not exceedign 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement 6 sand) as required as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

20mm thick cement plaster in two coats, 15mm and finising coat 5mm thick on rough side of brics/ stone/ concrete walls for interior plastering up to floor two level including arrisses, internal rounded angles, chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth with in all leads and lifts in C.M 1:6(1 cement :6 sand) as required as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Provding laying cemnt concrete 1:2:4 (1 cemetn :2 sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm ( Twenty millimeter nominal size) and curing completer excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in Suspended Floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies, bemas, girders, brussumers and contilever up to floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing from work sttel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frme 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish i/c centering, shuttering, struting and propping etc. with wooded battens & ballies, height of propping centring below supporting floor to ceilling not exceding 4 metersa and removal of the same ofr in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.) Flat surfaces such as soofits and suspended floors, roofs landing and the like Floors etc up to 200 mm in thickness.

Providing mild steel/ tor steel reinforcement for rainforced work i/c bending, binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.
