Providing and fixing in position of G I Weld mesh Partition using outer frame made out of M.S.Square Hollow section of size 32 x 32 x 3.25mm at 2.72 Kg/m with intermediate support using MS flat of size 30x 5mm at 1.20 Kg/mfixing with Weldmesh of size 75mmx25mm of 10 gauge of best quality and approved vareity including welding charges, transporartion charges and labour charges for fixing the same in position etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and fabricating and fixing in position of M.S Steel framed door with weldmesh using outer frame made out of M.S. angle of size 40 x 40 x 5mm at 3.00 Kg/m and Shutter frame made out of M.S. angle of size 35 x 35 x 5mm at 2.60 Kg/mwith intermediate support using MS flat of size 32x 6mm at 1.58 Kg/mfixing with Weldmesh of size 75mmx25mm of 10 gauge of best quality and approved vareity including welding charges, transporartion charges and labour charges for fixing the same in position etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Manufacturing and supplying of Platform / Material Trolley (Flat Base with Handle) with 600 kg of size Size (L x W x H in mm): 1500x750x20 ± 3 mm. 20" is the height of trolley bed from ground. Manually erated without Hydraulic system having Flat base with upward slight bended Handle used for material shifting The trolley platform should be matt finished. However a heavy duty anti-skid rubber matt should also be provided additionally for each platform trolley. Made of heavy duty Stainless steel pipe (SS 304) having 2 inch diameter & height of 4 ft with 3 separations & Handle should be collapsible onto the Platform base. Handle should be fixed type instead of collapsible. Handle height should be 4 feet (1220 mm) from ground level. 2 Nos of Fixed Wheel & 2 Nos of 360o revolving Swivel Castor Wheel (Diameter: 190 mm ± 10 mm) with wheel lock & brake and having double ball bearing Epoxy powder coated with anti-corrosion resistant The cost includes cost of all materials, labour, erection and all other incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers
