Supply and fixing pole mounted junction box/bus bar chamber for loop connection of street light cable of size 295x195x100 mm with 63 amps aluminium busbar wrapped with PVC sleeves and maintained the colour code and provision of making holes with GI nuts, bolts & washers for connections and mounted on hydrograpic insulators with nuts & bolts at both ends of busbar and suitable arrangement for fixing one no MCB complete all as specified and as directed. Supply, erection, testing and commissioning KIOSK outdoor type LT feeder pillar box of minimum size 900mm(height) x 600mm (breath) x 500mm (depth) platform mounted, suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 500 volts AC supply and having 4 Nos copper bus bar for distribution system and type tested at CPRI fabricated .The feeder pillar shall be made out of 3.00mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and 3.00mm thick gland plate duly compartmentalized for each control gear and bus-bar, double door front door (02 layer) and rear Door (01 layer) opening facility and 4 side slanting canopy type roof on top and mild steel angle iron legs of minimum size angle iron 25x3 mm .

The feeder pillar shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation. The feeder pillar shall be provided with suitable Neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less than IP-55 and general construction conforming to IS : 13947 and including complete internal wiring with 1.5 sqmm copper wire and copper strip/wire from busbar to MCB input and MCB to cable connector of suitable length including PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 as in foundation of suitable size (30 cm below ground level & 40 cm above ground level) including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and as directed alongwith comprising of the following accessories :- NOTE: Rate of earthwork and PCC are deemed to be inclusive in this item. Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep for laying of cables etc getting out and forming bottom surface to required gradient complete all as specified and directed

Excavating in trenches exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 3 m depth and not less than 1.5 m in width for laying of cables & foundation of poles , stay assembly and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations for electric poles, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping of the LT poles including form work complete all as specified

M & L for G.I. tubing light grade of size 40mm bore including necessary fiitings for protection of cables to be laid under roads, crossings/culverts complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for boring of holes under road, pavement hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe upto 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure.

Supply, laying riddled earth soil conformed IS-1255, cushioning to cables with a layer of riddle earth soil 15cm deep before laying the cable and 8 cm depth after laying of cable, complete all as specified.

Brick protection cover on cable with sub class 'B' brick,laid dry and flat adjacent to each other complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling including spreading levelling watering and well ramming to excavated soil in layers not exc 25 cm thick each complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point in soils complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in repair of Earthing to panel with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nut, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES Schedule pt-I 2020, GI earth lead strip protected by GI pipe 40 mm dia light grade and connected to earth test point including excavation in any type of soil,returning filling, disposal of soil, providing charcoal dust and common salt upto top edge of earth plate, construction of PCC pit with RCC cover, funnel, watering pipe of 20mm dia GI light grade and provision of earth test point including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing earth continuity conductor or main galvanised earthing lead wire 4.00 mm dia fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4mm dia galvanised iron.
