REPAIRS TO INTERNAL ROADS AT JALIPA MIL STN UNDER GE (A) BARMER

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400sqm and depth exc 50mm and not exc 100mm and removing all material complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L repair to pot holes any depth area not exceeding 1.3sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc. cutting around edges to atleast 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparing unsurfaced water bound/ bituminous macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove loose dirt etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for applying evenly priming/tack coat with paving bituminous primer VG-10 @10 kg per 10sqm with mechanical sprayer all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam mixed in fully automatic hot mix plant with pavement bitumen VG-40 content 4% by weight of total mix laid by mechanical paver and rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) by 8 to 12 Tonne capacity power roller complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing cakeed mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove loose dirt etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for applying evenly priming/tack coat with paving bituminous primer VG-10 @ 5 kg per 10sqm with mechanical sprayer all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content of paving bitumen VG-40 by weight of total mix using mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient by 8 to 10 Tonne capacity power roller complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to IP 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono crystalline solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-cd rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed. Make:- Dark eye/ Road Star/ 3M/ SNI/ ace polymers/ fire equipment engineers/ dish steel fab or equivalent approved make.

S&F in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PMMA strip lens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions. Make:- Dark eye/ Road Star/ 3M/ SNI/ ace polymers, fire equipment engineers, dish steel fab or equivalent approved make.

S&F in repair smart solar delineators of 1m height, Model No DA-112 dark eye or equivalent in road star/ SNI/ ace polymers/ fire equipment engineers/ dish steel fab as approved by GE, of material polycarbonate ABS and battery 1.2V as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 3mm thick ACP sheet (0.25 viva pvdf) board Box type 03 Nos of separate boards of lenght 8.5ft, 13ft and 10ft, depth 2.5inch, height 2ft. Letters made from 5mm thick acrylic sheet, 3D type projected 40mm depth and height of letter is 18inch fixed on board. Each letter contain ADS LED light -05yrs warranty (Make: Samsung), waterproof power supply -02 yrs warranty (Make: Hyrite), fixed on ACP sheet box type board. Nomenclature of letters are "JALIPA MILITARY STATION" including fixed on gate wall by hydra, also including taking down existing sign board all as specified and directed. (Note:- Detailed dwg of board is attached as Sketch 'A')

S&F in repair 24" orange and black road convex mirrors, including excavation and PCC work all as specified and directed.
