M & L for disconnecting defective sewage non clog type sewage pump set upto 10/7.5 HP capacity at site, opening suction, delivery pipe line connections,coupling nut bolts and taking out the pump set, and transportation to workshop for repair, machine work including refixing, assembling, coupling with motor,lowering down and testing on full load for 04 hours incl providing gland packing and making the pump leak proof incl any other minor work as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note item No 01 :- (i) Spare parts replaced shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective item of schedule ii) Transportation charges for the pump sets to workshop & back are deemed to be included in rates quoted, no extra payment will be made on this account. iii) Pump sets issued for repair must be returned & installed duly repaired within seven days otherwise Rs 100 per day per pump will deducted from the bill as penalty. iv) Minor items like nut/bolts, bearing grease, packing gaskets of required size to be taken in consideration while quoting the rates. M & L for rewinding burnt coils of Induction Motor stator of following capacity with super enamelled copper winding wire as per existing size and guage to achieve the required /specified RPM including taking out old unserviceable winding ,cleaning/ repairing damaged slots , complete all as specified and as directed.

Note item No 03 :- i) Transportation charges to workshop & back are deemed to be included in rates quoted, no extra payment will be made on this account. ii) Motor issued for repair must be returned & installed duly repaired within seven days otherwise Rs 100 per day per motor will deducted from the bill as penalty. iii) Minor items to be taken in consideration while quoting the rates. No extra payment will be made on this account.

M & L for disconnecting defective Openwell submersible Pump of Capacity 5 to 10HP including transpotation to work shop, taking out burnt winding wire from the stator, cleaning of the casing and the stator with wire brush, rewinding of motor with superior quality copper winding wire of existing size including varnishing and drying, cable jointing, reassembling installing the motor and pump , reconnecting all pipe after cleaning and painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint with preparation of metallic surface and electric connections and testing on full load complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of GI Pipe Connections from the Pressure Flter Plant capacity 6000 to 10000 Gallons, opening the Manhole and removal/taking out old Filter Medias completely from Oxidation Chamber, Pre-filter, Iron Removal Filter and depositing the same to a distance not exc. 100 Metre and re-fixing the pipes in the original/existing Position after replacement of unserviceable PVC Nozzale (Dome type) including replacement of Gasket of Manhole Cover and necessary Bolts, Nuts, Washers, etc. as required, complete all as specified and as directed. M&L Painting to Internal Surfaces of Iron Removal Chamber, Pre- filter Chamber and Oxidation Chamber including Pipes complete of Filteration Plant capacity 8000 GPH with Two Coats of Black Bituminous Paint (Lead Free) suitable for Drinking Water grade including necessary surface preparation by means of scraping, brushing, cleaning, complete all as specified and as directed.
