SH-I (SITC WORK)

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of “Electro- Hydraulic Bollard Systems" comprising of Set of 04 (Four) numbers of bollards, with minimum K4 crash rating with less than 01 meter penetration, physically crash tested from reputed testing agency under DOS/ASTM/PAS68/IWA 14:2013 standards. bollards should be of minimum 900 mm height and 220 mm dia made up of heavy steel cylindrical weldment. The bollards should have an Axle load bearing capacity of Road / Base plate of minimum 20 tons with a provision of Operational alert with Blinking LED, Audio signal during operation along with all other accessories like provision of Manual operation during power off, Hydraulic Power Pack / Unit with accumulator, safety interlock detector and Control panel having incomer MCCB of suitable rating , control and logic circuit placed inside a weather proof enclosure, with lock and key arrangement. The enclose should be equipped with LED Light at the Tope indicating serviceability of electric systems. Work includes all civil and electrical works such as excavation of existing PQC / bitumen road, fixing the bollards systems, concrete work and making good the same after installation of bollards, provision of Self priming sump pump of suitable rating to drain the accumulated water, supply & laying of cables in suitable HDPE/DWC/GI Pipes (upto 30 Meter) and interconnection, complete as per the technical specification of contract agreement as required. (Cost includes each and every item mentioned above.)

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of “Electro- Hydraulic tyre killer" of blocking width of minimum 6.0 meter length. The system shall consist of hydraulic automatic spike barrier made of galvanized steel as per IS 4759. The spike should be of a nominal dia of 25mm, with spacing between spikes not more then 100 mm at an angle of 60 & 90 deg. , suitable to work on 230V / 415V, 50Hz AC supply along with all other accessories like provision of Manual Operation during power off, Hydraulic Power Pack / Unit with accumulator, safety interlock detector and Control panel having incomer MCCB of suitable rating, control and logic circuit placed inside a weather proof enclosure, with lock and key arrangement. The enclose should be equipped with LED Light at the Tope indicating serviceability of electric systems. Work includes all civil and electrical works such as excavation of existing PQC / bitumen road, fixing the Spike systems, concrete work and making good the same after installation of Spike arrestor, provision of Self priming sump pump of suitable rating to drain the accumulated water, supply & laying of cables in suitable HDPE/DWC/GI Pipes (upto 30 Meter) and interconnection, complete as per the technical specification of contract agreement as required. (Cost includes each and every item mentioned above.)

SH-II (ELECTRICAL WORK)

Supply of 4P, 63 A MCCB ( Ics = 100% Icu ), 25 kA in suitable size enclosed box made of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet including rotatary handle , ON/OFF indication LED lamp complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground and refilling the trench etc as required. ( with out Bricks & sand ). Up to 35 sq. mm.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. Up to 35 sq. mm.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on cable tray as required. Up to 35 sq. mm.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 4 X 25 sq. mm (28mm).

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

SH-III ( AICMC PART)

All Inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of the all the equipments mentioned in Item No. 1.01, 1.02 & 1.03 after completion of One year Defect Liability Period. (Note: Rate not to be quoted by bidder for AICMC Part. The AICMC cost will be determinded on the basis of pre-decided percentage for item no.3.02 to 3.06.)

For 1st Year @ 2.0 % on Total SITC cost of SOQ Item No.1.01,1.02 & 1.03.

For 2nd Year (Yearly @ 8.55% cumulative enhancement on Ist Year cost shall be applicable for 2nd Year.)

For 3rd Year (Yearly @ 8.0% cumulative enhancement on 2nd Year cost shall be applicable for 3rd Year.)

For 4th Year (Yearly @ 7.54% cumulative enhancement on 3rd Year cost shall be applicable for 4th Year.)

For 5th Year (Yearly @ 7.16% is cumulative enhancement on 4th Year cost shall be applicable for 5th Year.)
