Repair & replacement of light fitting (indoor/ outdoor) High bay fittings mercury vapour/LED/ metal halide (Fixed in roof truss)

Repair & replacement of light fitting (indoor/ outdoor) High bay fittings mercury vapour/LED/ metal halide (Fixed below roof truss)

Repair & replacement of Ceiling fan

Cleaning, checking of Fan hooks / bolts, etc. fan leaves of the Ceiling fans. ( Once in a year)

Cleaning, painting and lubrication of Wall mounted, pedestal fans.

Cleaning and Maintenance of Power packs and control units / Equipments panels / Transformers / alternators / Portable equipments / Earthing and earth pits at MSP, HUS. The work includes cleaning, checking, terminal tightening and replacement of any spares. (Spares/ components required will be provided by IREL on free of cost.) (Labour required minimum one Electrician and one supporting staff).

Air blowing with portable blower & cleaning of 2 to 3 PCC/MCC feeders , cleaning of motors/Gear motors & oil checking / oil topping of approximately 20 Nos. gear motors during MSP maintenance day weekly / Fortnightly as per schedule. (Labour required minimum one Electrician and one supporting staff).

Maintenance of MCC/PCC, panel feeders at MSP / HUS 2 to 3 panels on a maintenance day. The work includes checking the healthiness of panel feeders, motor terminals pull chord switches, repair / replacement of any switchgears. (Spares / components required will be provided by IREL on free of cost.) (Labour required minimum one Electrician and one supporting staff).

Battery terminal cleaning, general cleaning of battery, checking for 12V Industrial battery as per schedule, Topping of distilled water for battery wherever required, Checking the voltages & recording in battery register. (Approx 35 Nos. /day, weekly one/two days based on the schedule.) (Labour required minimum one Electrician and one supportin1g staff).

Repair and overhauling of geared motors (Inline helical, Parallel shaft, Worm/Bevel helical gears) Size: 0.5 HP to 2 HP. (Spares/ components required will be provided by IREL on free of cost.) (Labour required one Technician and one supporting staff).

Repair and overhauling of geared motors (Inline helical, Parallel shaft, Worm/Bevel helical gears) Size: 3 HP to 7.5 HP (Spares/ components required will be provided by IREL on free of cost.) (Labour required one Technician and one supporting staff).

Fixing of Casing & Capping, laying of insulated wires of size: 1 sq mm to 4 sq mm including end termination. (Spares/ components required will be provided by IREL on free of cost.)

Fixing of 6A/16A/32A switch/plug/socket in switch boards/control panels. (Spares/ components required will be provided by IREL on free of cost.)

Fabrication, painting and fixing of M.S Supports for FRP cable tray on structures and fixing of FRP cable tray. M.S Supports shall be L or T shaped suitable for fixing FRP cable tray of size: 150 mm to 450 mm width. (Spares/ components including M S angle, FRP cable tray required will be provided by IREL on free of cost.) (Labour required one Technician and one supporting staff)

Replacement of electric storage water heater 3 litre to 25 litre OR replacement of voltage stabilizer up to 5 KVA OR replacement of UPS/Inverter up to 5 KVA (Spares/ components required will be provided by IREL on free of cost.)

Replacement and connection of OLR, Contactor unit, MCB/ELCB/Timer in Motor starter’s upto 75 HP. (Spares/Components required will be provided by IREL on free of cost.)

Replacement and connection of motor starter internal power/control wiring cables upto and including terminal connectors upto 75HP. (Spares/Components required will be provided by IREL on free of cost.)

Cable straight jointing work and providing insulation with shrinkable sleeves for 150 sq mm, 240 sq mm & 400 sq mm LT Cable. (Spares/Components required will be provided by IREL on free of cost.)

Replacement and termination of 63A, 100A, 200A, 300A & 400A combination fuse switch, 63A, 125A, 250A, 400A switch disconnection fuse unit. (Spares/Components required will be provided by IREL on free of cost.)
