Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters , buttresses, plinth and string courses , fillets, columns , pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc.upto floor five level excluding cost of centering, shuttering,finishing and reinforcement:1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Lintels , beams , plinth beams , girders , bressumers and cantilevers, with water proof ply 12mm thick and casurina posts

Reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening , cutting , bending , placing in position and binding all complete - Thermo - Mechanically treated bars (TISCON / VIZAG / IISCO /SAIL / JSW) including placing the M30 grade Athees make cover block @ 60cm centre to centre

Providing anticorrosive treatment to hysd reinforcement with fusion bonded epoxy coating the rate includes cost of anticorrosive coating including cost of powder,sand blasting , cleaning , induction, heating, depreciation of machinery etc, wastage in cut length of bars, provision of wooden battens between rows of coated bars, cover to work bush pins / bar bending machines etc.- for bars of 8mm to 16mm diameter - conforming to IS 13620 - 1993

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead - 1:3:6 or richer mix.

6mm cement plaster of mix 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand).

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade - New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm.

Providing two legged scaffolding using 15 cm diameter blue-gum posts or casurina posts or best quality bamboo posts of 4m over all length (3.0m heigh + 0.5m projection + 0.5 into the ground ) the distance between the two rows being 1.25m and the spacing of posts with 0.5m overlap on either side and braces to step up and providing a platform with country wood planks of 40mm thick and 1m width etc in a complete form using coir and nails 1m run (Rate of scaffolding for a height of 3m and length of 1m)
