Dismantling in the brick masonry in cement mortor under the floor

Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2 mts. and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling M- Sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Cement concrete 1:5:10 (One of cement five of Sand and ten of HBG jelly )for foundation using 40mm gauge HBG jelly inclusive of shoring strutting and baling out water where ever necessary ramming curing etc.,complete as per Std, Specification and as directed by the Dept, Officers

Brick work in Lime Mortar 1:2 using country Country bricks size 8 -3/4"x4 1/4"x2 3/4" including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges and all other incidental charges etc completc complying with standard specification.

Flooring with cut stone slab of size 600mmX600mm and other sizes suitable for site requirement not less than 100mm thick with machine cut edges and top surface dressed as directed by the departmental officers including cost and conveyance of materials to site and lobour charges for paving and Pointing With Lime Mortar 1:1.5 etc complete.

Plastering with Lime Mortar 1:1.5,12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges, curing etc,complete complying with standard specifications.

Supply and Fabricating of MS gratings Using MS Equval angle, MS Square box section of required size including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour chages and all other incidental charges etc complete complying with standard specifications.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide priming coat in all floors including cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)
