LIFT WORK

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 15KVA Servo-Stabilizers including all allied electrical appurtenances viz.,control panels etc. The stabilizer should have following specifications: a) Capacity:15 KVA, 3-phase unbalanced type b) Input: (100-265) V AC P-N; (150 - 460) V AC P-P c) Output: 415 V ± 1% - phase to phase d) Supply: 3 phase, 4 wires, 50Hz e) Operation: Automatic f) Duty cycle: Continuous g) Transformer windings: Copper wound on CRGO laminations as per IS specifications h) Cooling: Oil cooled i) Efficiency: Better than 98% at full load j) Overload capacity: 15% for continuous 4 hours k) Waveform distortions: Nil l) High speed voltage correction: up to 8V to 20V per second m) Protections: Under voltage, Over voltage and Overload with time delay n) Other features: LED indicators, Digital Multimeter( Input and output type) ,Phase Sequence INDICATOR, Single phase preventer, Stabilizer by-pass arrangement. The Job also includes P/F of 63A Pole MCCB as incomer to the Servo Stabilizer to be provided in CRC Enclosure.

Providing & laying /fitting of 3.5 core, 35 sqmm, armored Aluminum cable along with matching Al thimbles duly crimpled with heavy duty crimping tool & taping with PVC taping

Providing & laying /fitting of ON - load change over 63 AMP 4 pole in CRCA enclosure.

CIVIL WORK

Modification of ( G + 2) lift shaft & doors as per the OEM design .The includes cutting , chiseling/ dismantling and finishing to the accurate size as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (two coats) and of White shade on Plaster shaft .

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 6.1.5 Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) for as Per OEM.

Providing and fixing ACP sheets (4.00 mm thickness) in aluminum on all door sides with neoprene gasket, binding on all frame work.

Providing and fixing of 6 mm thick checquered plate overhead of lift shaft for machine Including hooks etc

WATER PROOFING

Earth work for pit clearance excavation by manual means including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 meters and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge 2.6.1 All kinds of soil

Stone soling for the pit after clearance and excavation of soil including loading and un -loading .

Dewatering of lift pit by way of draining of water till the waterproofing is completed. The job includes arranging of dewatering pump and POL for operation.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size.

WATERPROOFING OF PIT Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing ( injection type ) treatment including preparation of surface and then applying and grouting a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg / sqm of cement admixed with proprietary water proofing compound confirming to IS : 2645 . after proper curing applying a 2 coat of cement slurry admixed with proprietary water proofing compound . the job includes finishing the surface with 20 mm thick joint less cement mortar of mix 1:4

Supplying ,installation testing commissioning of 15 KVA silent type diesel generating set comprising with diesel engine air cooled synchronous alternator , AMF control panel 3 phase without canopy type battery with charger and related accessories with outgoing cable 10 mtr, earthing, CU / GI Plate 2nos , exhaust pipe B class with insulation as per specification
