Design and supply and installation of pre fabricated room of external size 2.37 x 2.37 x 2.4 mtr with 60 mm PUF panels density of 40 Kg/Cum density for wall, ceiling and partitioned and PUF slabs with tare sheets for flooring (100 mm thick PUF insulated floor panels with 4.0 mm aluminium cheqeured plate) along with standard sized doors at supply errection, installation, testing and commissioning of air cooled refrigeration system and PUF panels with all other standard accessories suitable for room temperature should be maintained from +2⁰ C to + 9 ⁰ C and as following :-Make:Blue Star/ Voltas / Dekin / Carrier as approved by GE.

(a) Pre fabricated PUF panels for walls and ceiling with pre coated GI sheet on both side as required to construct the cold room of size 2.37 x 2.37 x 2.4 mtr (catered), (b) Insulated door PUF ( door size 34"x78" swing type with PP/PP 60 mm thick)-01 No (c) PUF slabs with tare sheet for door of cold room. (d) Flashings.

(e) Necessary Rivets.(f) Air cooled condensing unit suitable for 10,000 BTU/hrs and 12 to 14 compressor run hrs (Make Kirloskar/ Copeland/ Bluestar) (g) Refrigerant Piping in copper along with necessary fitting and walls as required including insulation for suction line . (h) First charging of refrigerant R-22/R-410A . (j) Refrigerant controls comprision of expansion valve , solenoid valve, etc. (k) Air cooling units for cold stores complete with defrosting arrangements, fan and motors etc. (l) Bulk head light with switches.

(m) Evaporator unit. (n) Copper pipes of various dia and elbows, union etc. (o) Vidoflex insulation. (p) Inter connecting wiring between condenser and eveporators (15 feets) for each machine.(q) Drain pipe PVC. (r) Digital temperature indicator.(s) PUF Chemicals (for minor gaps).(t) Silicon sealant. (u) Rubber pads.(v) Structural suppports for the complete piping in the plant. (w) Electrical cabling, earthing for connecting the evaporator and condensing unit in the cold store. (x) Painting for the complete plant. (xi) Suitable Stabilizer for cold storage included in the quoted rate. (y) Provision of electric connection wire of suitable size min 50mtr length with plug top Note :- Design and all parameters of pre fabricated room shall be approved by GE before procurement of materials.

Design and supply of MS fabricated trolley for mounting of cold storage of size 2.37 x 2.37 x 2.4 mtr fabricated out of 100 x 50mm MS Channel section (heavy duty) as main chasis with having four wheel with inflatable rubber tyre , tow bars on the front and hook on the rear. Tow bar on the fron shall have turning radius 10mtr. Main Chasis shall be fixed with 4 nos heavy duty lifting lugs and spreader bar. Main Chasis shall be so designed to have vrbratory load of 6 tonne and suitable to install a walk in cold storage room of size 2.37x2.37x2.4mtr including out door its unit all the steel surface shall be provided with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note: 1. Before fabrication of trolley contractor shall get the design of trolley by OEM of Cold Storage as per item 1 above for approved of GE. any change in design as recommaded by OEM shall be implemented by contractor without any extra cost and shall be deemmed to be included in quoted unit rate.
