BED PLY WOOD TOP (FD-246) (a) Supply & fixing head board (legs and horizontal rails shall be made out of Ist class hard wood Shisham and vertical members of the frame shall be made out of Ist class Deodar wood), frame covered with 3.5mm thick ply wood one side teak face and edges covered with teak wood beading, exposed wooden surfaces duly polished including dismantling of existing unserviceable head board all as shown on drawing, complete all specified and directed.

(b) All as per serial item No 1(a) herein before but foot board –ditto-

(c) Supply & fixing 12mm thick plywood on top of bed ply wood, of size 1980mm x 910mm commercial to be fixed with appropriate size of screws including dismantling of existing unserviceable top, all as shown on drawing complete all specified and directed.

(d). Supply & fixing long rail made out of Ist class hard wood (shisham) duly polished including dismantling of existing unserviceable long rail, all as shown on drawing complete all specified and directed.

(e) Material and labour for converting old retrieved long rails into short rails all as shown on drawing complete all specified and directed.

(f) All as per serial item No 1(d) herein before but back support rail –ditto-

REPAIR TO TABLE DRESSING GENTS (a) Dismantling / taking out carefully existing broken top of table dressing gents of any description in any position and supply & fixing new top of table made out of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board one side laminated & other side white balancing exterior grade, BWR with and including 6MM thick teak wood beading alround made to shape fixed in position all as shown on drawing, complete all specified and directed.

(b) All as per serial tem No 2(a) here-in before but supply and fixing in replacement sides made out of 12mm thick particle board, one side teak veneered and other side commercial, exterior grade, BWR with and including 6mm thick teak wood beading around made to shape fixed in position all as shown on drawing, complete all specified and directed.

(c) All as per serial tem No 2(a) herein before but supply and fixing in replacement bottom made out of 12mm thick veneered particle board commercial BWR grade all as shown on drawing, complete all specified and directed.

(d) All as per serial tem No 2(a) herein before but supply and fixing in replacement mirror of size 380mm x760mm x5mm thick all as shown on drawing, complete all specified and directed.

(e) All as per serial tem No 2(a) herein before but supply and fixing in replacement back frame made out of 45mmx40mm teak wood member and 6mm thick commercial ply grade BWR type of sizes all as shown on drawing, complete all specified and directed.

(f) All as per serial tem No 2(a) herein before but supply and fixing in replacement 12mm thick ply one side teak veneered and other side commercial of size 900mm x 380mm all as shown on drawing, complete all specified and directed.

(g) All as per serial tem No 2(a) herein before but supply and fixing in replacement chromium plated knob 25mm dia and 24mm long all as shown on drawing, complete all specified and directed.

(j) Material and labour for preparation of old treated wooden surfaces with sand paper and polishing with two coats of French polish to table dressing gents complete all as specified and directed.

REPAIR TO TABLE DRESSING LADIES (FD-251) (a) Dismantling / taking out carefully existing broken top of table dressing ladies of any description in any position and supply and fixing new top table of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board one side laminated & other side white balancing exterior grade, BWR with and including 6mm thick teak wood beading alround made to shape fixed in position all as shown on drg, complete all specified and directed.

(b) All as per serial tem No 3(a) here in before but supply and fixing in replacement sides of 18mm thick particle board one side teak veneered and other side commercial exterior grade BWR with and including 6mm thick teak wood beading alround made to shape fixed in position all as shown on drg, complete all specified and directed

(c) All as per serial tem No 3(a) here in before but supply and fixing in replacement bottom made out of 18mm thick veneered particle board commercial BWR grade all as shown on drawing, complete all specified and directed.

(d) All as per serial tem No 3(a) herein before but supply and fixing in replacement mirror of size 1220mm x 380mm x 5mm thick all as shown on drawing, complete all specified and directed

(e) All as per serial tem No 3(a) herein before but supply and fixing in replacement back frame made out of 45mm x 40mm teak wood member and 6mm thick commercial ply grade BWR type of sizes all as shown on drawing, complete all specified and directed.

(f) All as per serial tem No 3(a) chromium plated knob 25mm dia 24mm length all as shown on drawing, complete all specified and directed.

(g) All as per serial tem No 3(a) hereinbefore but supply and fixing new drawer all as shown on drawing, complete all specified and directed.

(h) Material and labour for preparation of old treated wooden surfaces with sand paper and polishing with two coats of french polish to table dressing ladies complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing foam cushion of 100mm thickness (40 density), size of cushion shall be 530mm x 555mm x 100mm. Make Sleep Well/ Curlon as approved for seat and back of sofa set duly covered with long cloth tapestry cloth of worth not less than Rs. 300/- per meter of approved quality and shade incl removal of existing rubber cushion of any size and thickness complete including provn of zib at one side of cover rest all as shown on drawing, complete all specified and directed

Material and labour for removing unserviceable tapestry cloth from the existing sofa foam cushion and supply and fixing new cushion cover out of good quality long cloth tapestry cloth rate not less than Rs. 300/- per mtr and as per sample approved by GE incl provn of zib at one side of cover rest all as shown on drawing, complete all specified and directed

Material and labour for removing the following unserviceable wooden parts from sofa set to seat five, four and three and supply and fixing new wooden parts made out of 1st class hard wood Indian teak wood as per size given in the drg to the existing sofa set all as specified and directed.

TRESTLE STORE ROOM WOODEN (FD-373) (a) Removing old unserviceable members of size 100mm x 100mm and 2440mm long and supply & fixing new one of the same size and length of Sal wood duly finished complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

(b) Removing old unserviceable members of size 60mm x 100mm & 600mm long and supply & fixing new one of same size and length of Sal wood duly finished complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

(c) Removing old unserviceable members of size 60mm x 100mm & 1980mm long and supply & fixing new one of same size and length of Sal wood duly finished complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

(d) Removing old unserviceable legs of size 100mm x 100mm & 400mm long and supply & fixing new one of same size and length of Sal wood duly finished complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

(e) Material and labour for treating trestle store room wooden with one coat of creosote oil on old surfaces and providing three coats to newly provided members after preparing the old and new surfaces respectively complete all as specified and directed.

CHAIR EXECUTIVE REVOLVING TRADE PATTERN (FD-373) (a) Removing old unserviceable worn out cushions and tapestry cloth from seat and back of chair executive revolving of trade pattern and supply & fixing new cushions of 50mm thick of 32 density and new tapestry cloth of existing shape and quality complete all as specified and directed.

(b) Removing old unserviceable broken caster wheels from chair revolving and supply & fixing new caster wheels of existing size and quality complete all as specified and directed.

(c) Removing old unserviceable broken tilting bolts from chair revolving and Supply & fixing new tilting bolts of existing size and quality complete all as specified and directed.

(d) Removing old unserviceable handle from chair revolving and supply & fixing new handle including required nut and bolts complete all as specified and directed.

(e) Removing old unserviceable / broken base of chair revolving and supply & fixing new base including complete assembly with down rod, tilting bolt and caster wheels of existing size and quality complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
