S&F in replacement Mono Ethylene Glycol based Fan Coil Unit along with double blower with min throw of 600 CFM Metalic body copper condensing coil wall mounted 4500 Kcal /Hr (1.5 T), complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge

Supply and fix in replacement of old unsv FCU connection flexible pipe 20/16 mm as per required length, complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge

Supply and fix in replacement inlet outlet Ball Valve 3/4" for FCU as per existing including supply and fixing MS/GI nipple of size 3/4 inch including welding and cutting work of existing rusty US MS/GI nipple, complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge

Supply and fix in replacement of inlet & outlet Ball Valve 25 mm for FCU as per existing including supply and fixing MS/GI nipple of size 25 mm including welding and cutting work of existing rusty US MS/GI nipple, complete all as specified and as directed byEngr-in-charge.

Supply, installation , testing and commissioning of hot water heating coils in replacement made of flexible steel tubes of suitable outer diameter & thickness as per 3 to 4 Lakh kilo Colori/Hrs heat capacity designed to efficiently transfer heat from steam boiler water or higher hot water mixed Mono Ethylene Glycol MEG or other heat transfer fluid non corrosive system to the central heating hot water system . The Heating coil should be constructed as per manufacturer's design for 3 to 4 Lakh K Cal /Hr, complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge

M&L for repair of control panel of Boilers by replacing the unserviseable parts of panel ie MCB, Contactor, Relays and controle wiring of existing size and any other spares / work required for smooth functioining of complete panel, complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge

Supply , Installaion,testing and commissioning 3 Phase 415 V 50 Hz double Nozzle Diesel /Kerosene Burner for 3-4 Lakh Kilo Cal / Hr Capacity 346 KW Burner duly installed alongwith suitable sized flange , Galvanised MS Bolts Nuts, gaskets etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr -In charge

M & L for Dismantling of burner assembly of CHS and remvoing of side cover and repairing the same by removing the old burnt fire refractory cement plastering, replastering the same as per existing with fire refractory cement for boiler capacity 3-4 lakh kilo/cal/hr and complete servicing the boiler by removing the complete carbon/oil deposits with suitable coil shine chemical including repir to coil assembly by welding if there is any leakage found or any other repair required at site and reassembling/ testing the same, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M & L for insulation for ducting with bounded fibre glass wool of density 24 kg/Cum 50 mm thick suitably factory laminated with aluminium foil 0.2mm thickness backed up by scrim or craft paper facing with 50mm projection for overlap and butting commprising of the following (insulating material shall confirming to BS 476 with inscluding S & F 6mm dia MS rods between purlins suitable for supporting the required thickness of insulating material over the roof 22 SWG GI wire supporting the insulation and chicken wire mess 12.5mm x 22 SWG of hexagonal construction abover the insulation for supprot, complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge

M & L for repair replacement of ducting with 1 mm thickness GI sheet for AHU, complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge

M & L for servicing of AHU Unit cap 10 -20 thousand CFM including rectification if any found welding /bracing / greasing & oiling bearings, servicing of electric motors , removing of all Air filters (primery and secondary) replace with new filters in the same location for smooth functioning and testing, complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge

M&L for replacement of old diesel burner set of capacity 2 Lac kcal/hr comprising of diffuser, nozzle, electrodes, blast tube, solenoid valve, air damper adjustment, gear pmp, coupling set, oil supply pipe, gasket, ignition transformer, reset button, flame detector and controller, complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge

M&L for Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for laying UG cavble in trenches on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth in any type of soil and getting out, complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge

M&L for Returning, filling in (soil), including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25m, complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge

M&L for Removing excavated material to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the strating point, complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge

M&L for Sand cushioning to underground cables 8 cm below the cable before laying & 15 cm above the cable after laying, complete all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Par-I, complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge Note : Punned thickness of 18 CM will be measured and paid for.

Supply and laying of factory made, machine pressed, unreinforced, pre-cast concrete cable cover class LV type-1 flate size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge

Supply and laying in replacement of XLPE insulated, armoured, haeavy duty electric cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor rating 1100 volts grade of size 70 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trences or passing through pipes.ducts or fixed to walls/poles, complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge

Supply & fixing in replacement of tubes light grade of size 80 mm bore galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors, complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge

Supply and fixing in replacement of Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in groud to a depth not lss than 2.25 mtrs deep below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1,5 ntrs below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron strip 32 x 6mm as earthing leads by means of galvanised bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanised iron or steel complete with 20 mm dia GI Pipe light grade for watering and 40mm dia GI light grade pipe for protection of strip upto test point including test point of strip 50x50x3mm GI, charcoal dust, common salt 15cm all around the earth plate all as shown inelectric plate No.5 of MES SSR Part-I all as specifed or indicated and testing on competion including necessary excavation, earth work PCC pit and with RCC cover of suitable size water funnel with wire mesh all as directed by Engr-in charge.

Supply & Installation ,testing and Commissioning in replacement of LT Panel cubical type out door floor mounted weather proof totally enclosed, (CPRI approved) factory made and made out of 3 mm thick CRCA powder coated sheet and angle iron complete with bus bar of copper of suitable size for capacity 600 Amps 3 Phase and Neutral 415 Volts 50 Hz mounted on epoxy type insulators with PCC flooring and angle iron base frame complete all as directed by the Engr-in-charge including fallowing accessories:- a) MCCB 400 Amps Cap 4 Pole 36 KA 415 -1 No for( I/C) (b) MCCB 200 Amps Cap 4 Pole 25 KA 415 -1 No for(O/G) (c) MCCB 125 Amps Cap 4 Pole 16 KA 415 -3 No for(O/G) (d) Change over switch open execution type 400 Amp 4 pole - 01 No (e) MCB TPN 63 Amps 4 pole 10 KA 415 Volts - 1 Nos (f) Digital Volt meter with sellector switch(0-500V) - 02 Set (g) Digital Amp meter with sellector switch with necessary CT (0-500A) - 02 Set (h) LED indicating lamp - 02 Set Note : (i) The Make of Change over and MCCB considered are Havells/Standard/Indo Asian/HPL (ii) The rates deemed to be inclusive of suitable size copper wirinng/copper strips from Main I/C MCCBs to Channge over switch, Change over switch to Main Bus bar and Bus Bar to Outgoing MCCBs complete all as specified and directed. (iii) The design of Panel, Make of complete accessories and drawing of the LT Panel should be submitted by the contractor for pre-approval from the Engineer-in-cfharge before order and execution at site.
