Treating the sunken floor slab comprising of the following specifications all as specified & directed:- (a) Demolition of cement concrete of any description in sunken portion of toilet and removing debris outside MD land. (b) Cleaning the sunken/ lowered portion of RCC slab surfaces (including vertical total depth plus skirting height) of floors by wire brush, chisel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming completely and providing 40mm thick (avg) PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in padding concrete to achieve proper slope including cutting holes in bricks or RCC wall for provision of spout (WPC measured and paid separately) (c) Rendering of uneven surfaces with 10mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with required water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction. Fill it with water and check dampness and seepage. Where dampness/ seepage is noticed, nozzles shall be fixed and grouting carried out. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately). (d) All junctions points of side wall spout where CI/ GI pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy putty. (e) After drying putty, wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clear and clean. (f) Applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufactures instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level+100mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed (This item shall be measured and paid separately) (g) Plaster the bottom and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturers specification including rounding of corners and junctions sloping towards spout. (WPC shall be measured & paid separately). (h) Material and labour for PCC 1:5:10 type E2, 40mm thick aggregate n exc 150mm thick as in filling of sunken floor portion complete all as specified & directed. (j) Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 20mm graded aggregate, 50mm tnick as in floor etc complete all as specified & directed.

Note :- Testing of water proof area (ponding test) by filling water for at least 72 hours and tested for leakage, seepage to the entire satisfaction of GE. Test shall be done in presence of reps of Engineer-in-Charge. The treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicator of chemicals. Cost of testing is included in the unit quoted rate above.

M&L Repair of leakage/seepage from the Nahani trap/ floor trap of kitchen/ bathroom/ wash basin of the upper Qtr, in any position at any height, complete including change of floor trap, PVC horinzontal pipe of required length embeded in floor in bathroom or kitchen making good to the damage portion of flooring, laying and matching of tiles in the existing flooring, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L Repair of leakage/seepage from the wall/ door bend /door tee/ 'Y' junction/ 'T' Junction of soil pipe / waste pipe/ vent pipe of kitchen/ bathroom/WC of the upper Qtr or at the ground floor Qtr including change of any damage soil waste pipes or fittings of any shape, specification and size, making good to the damaged portion of wall with brick work in cement mortar 1:6 or cement concrete 1:2:4 and plastering to wall in CM 1:4 and finished the surfaces matching to existing wall complete to avoid the leakage/ seepage at the site of work as directed and as specified. Note for item No 3 &4 :- (a) Find out main cause of leakage and take necessary steps to resolve / rectify. (b) Replace existing tiles in case leakage through NT/FT. (c) The rate deemed to be included for provision of new NT/FT. (d) The unit rate is also deemed to be included for reqd bonding chemicals to arrest the leakage/seepage as directed by the manufacturer's specification. Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment of any description and in any position including PCC padding any thickness and cleaning with, wire brushing, watering & removal of debris outside MOD. NOTE :- Unit rate quoted shall also include for removal of PVC water storage tank wherever existing carefully and refixing at the same or other position after completion of roof repair work

M&L Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terrace, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight) etc comlete all as specified and directed..

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floors by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brushing neat cement slurry with 3kg/sqm all as specified

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in concrete padding laid to required slope incl finishing the concrete surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in cement mortar (1:4) for laying roof finish as padding finished using lequid WPC as per manufacturer instruction, complete all as specified and directed NOTE :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.40 Litre / Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP with density of 0.87 to 0.89 Kg / Litre at 25 degree Celsius on the prepared dry surface of roof etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for APP polymeric membrane min weighting 3.0kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric(wt not less than 150 gms/sqm laid on primed surfaces by torch application method complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of solar reflective aluminium paint @ 0.10 kg/sqm of membrane surfaces complete all as specified and directed

Supply only liquid water proofing compound of approved make (ISI marked), complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MS tubes/Square bars/Angle square bar iron using various sections such as poles, rafters, purlins ladders and cleats all as complete specified and directed.

(ii) Contractor shall maintain a pucca bound register for cleaning carried out with date and obtain users signature and remarks if any and this register to be submitted alongwith RAR. (iii) Contractor is liable to rectify any damages to the external finishes of the bldg occured during the cleaning process, i.e. scrubbing and touch up with external paints as existing specifications.
