Providing 40x5 mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10 mm diameter bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embedding in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm 1:3:6 mix (1 cement : 3 coarse sand :6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

Providing and fixing 0.60 mm thick prepainted steel sheet (Tata Make) in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc / aluminium-zinc alloy coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 mocrons over 5 microns primer coating including fixing with self driven steel screws / prepainted iron J or L hooks or seam bolts with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the detailed drawings including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer incharge.

Providing wood work in frames of false celling partitions etc. Sawn and put-up in position. 2nd class deodar wood.

Providing and fixing commercial ply wood ceiling of approved quality with butt jointing and nails (frame work and cover fillets to be paid for separately) 9mm thick

Providing and fixing plain square edged cover fillets (beading) 50mmx12mm section, with wood screws in ceiling and lining including mitring at junction. 1st class indian teak wood.

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge. Second class teak wood 35 mm thick shutters

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat Cement. 40 mm thick.

Providing and fixing aluminium handles, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete :125 mm

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts (berrel type) anodized trans parent or dyed to required shade and colour with screws etc. complete. 150x10mm

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium sliding door bolt anodized colour and shade with bolts and nuts screws etc. Complete 300x16mm

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distember (Ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Old work (one or more coats)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work
