S&F "Cat Eyes " of size width not more than 130 mm and height not more than 20 mm made out of strong engineering high impact resistant polymer with electronic welded lenses for retro reflective in dry and wet weather conditions along road complete all as specified and directed. S & F speed bumps made of heavy duty tough rubber of size 350 mm x 250 mm x 53 mm and weight 1.2 kg approx, colour black and yellow, as per manufacture instruction complete all as specified and directed Make: Dark Eye/Avery/Dennison.

Taking down road delineator and cleaning the concrete from base carefully, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair road delineatir made of M.S pipe having 75mm outer dia, thickness 1.4mm and 1200mm length,duly powder coated in black/white colour and to be embedded in PCC 1:3:6 Type C2(using 40mm graded stone aggregate) with 3 nos x75mm high intensity prismatic(HIP) reflective tapes and MS pipe having powder coated jali & mesh for reflector portion & for anti theft.Below the reflective band of red/yellow/white colour high intensity micro prismatic type - IV tape (As per IRC 67/2010) of 75 mm each shall be provided complete all as specified and directed. Note: Necessary excavation for embedding of M S delineator shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted against this item.

All as per item No 05 as above but except road delinator complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 125mmx125mmx25mm (shank 60mm) solar blinking LED light driveway Roads studs of aluminium alloy made of high efficiency mono crystelline solar (2.4V/0.3Watt) with 3 LED's each Side, the solar studs have automatic switching on & off system under dark weather and bright condition & each unit should be completely independent composite unit. The studs made by robust all weather aluminium die cost housing with LEDs on each side and colour of LEDs as approved complete all as specified and directed. Make: Dark eye/Avery/Dennison/3M

S&F with stainless steel frame including necessary clamps etc; retro-reflective, Double sided, road Name, sign boards comprising of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel,( ACP) mill finished or PDVF cotated or as specified as base board, micro prismatic retro-reflective sheet and electro cut coloured overlay film. The aluminium composite panel (ACP) shall have thickness of 4mm with 0.50 mm thick skin of aluminium on both sides. The ACP shall be routed, folded and fixed on the stainless steel frame with VHB tape, 24mm wide and 2.3mm thick provided through out the length and breadth of the frame including riveting at the right angle face of the frame with pop riveting or with self taping SS screwed 5mm dia spaced not more than 300mm center to center ensuring that no riveting is seen on either face of the frame. On the front and back face of the ACP, micro prismatic retro-reflective sheet conforming to Type-XI of IRC:67:2012 shall be pressure fixed as background sheet which will be over laid with electro cut transparent film of approved make and colour to create a desired road name information message. the rate shall include all materials, labour, equipments, fabrication, transportation, erection installation and incidentals complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Stainless steel frame shell be measured and paid saperatly)

S&F 50mm dia and 1.80mm thickness of stainless steel pipe for framing of sign board including cutting, welding and framing of stainless steel structure complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m and making good surface in soft/ loose soil.complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, fillings and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing finish completely including washing down and apply two coats of apex paint/ weather proof exterior grade emulsion paint over one coat of primer on plastered surfaces/ concrete surface/ kerb stone including prepration of surfaces complete all as directed and directed.

S & F in repairs Retro Reflective signage board area n. exc 5 Sqm each fixing over 2 mm thick aluminuim sheet face to be fully covered with high intensity prismetic (HIP) Retro Refletive sheeting confirming to ASTMD-4956 01 as per colour required, letters and symbols shall be made of same Retro Reflective sheeting duly processed on base aluminum substrate board to be supplied alongwith back supported angle iron frame minimum 25x25x3mm all around complete as per MORTH specification complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for framed work as in MS angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc. Complete, drilling for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering , doors, etc; to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fitting (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.
