2. Essentiality Certificate is not applicable for Uran Plant. Bidders to quote actual GST and not the concessional GST.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Outdoor type FLP LED Flood light fitting, fitted with 190-210 Watt LED lamp as required and as per SOW & specification.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Outdoor type 4 way FLP Junction boxes with double compression gland/ blind as required for cable connection of individual fittings as required and as per SOW & specification.

Supply, laying, glanding, terminating of 3x1.5 sq.mm XLPE, armoured multistranded copper cable with gland and lugs as per the SOW & specification from DB to JB to Light Fixtures as per site requirement.

RATES OF GST CONSIDERED AND INCLUDED IN THE LUMPSUM PRICE FOR CHANGE IN LAW Laws, Acts, Rules, regulations etc. and the tariffs thereof considered by the bidder while estimating the incidence of taxes, duties, fees, levies etc. considered and included in the bidder’s Lump sum price, as per relevant provisions of General Conditions of Contract to be used for the purpose of adjustment to the contract price in the event of change in law in terms of relevant clause of General Conditions of Contract are as under:

1. Bidders to give the details of taxes.

2. Bidders not indicating the rate of taxes as desired above shall not be entitled for any claim due to change in law.

3. The taxes & duties indicated shall be paid on actual basis subject to maximum limit mentioned as above. In case, the actual Taxes & Duties paid by the bidder is less than mentioned, the difference will not be paid to the bidder and overall contract price will get reduced to that extent.
