REPAIRS TO FLOORING, PLINTH PROTECTION, WALLING, PLASTERING, CHAJJA, ROOF TREATMENT, SEEPAGE OF BLDG ELEMENTS ETC FOR CERTAIN BLDG AT ZONE-I UNDER GE BRICHGUNJ, SRI VIJAYA PURAM

Dismantling floor, hearth and wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but excluding backing), rand removing the rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Coloured Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) light shade polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in Cement mortor 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Coloured Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) light shade polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in skirting/dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 10 mm thick in Cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, 25 mm thick, type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor finished rough to receive tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, 75mm thick, type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in Plinth Protection etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, Type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs, mud stops or chamfered on edges, levelling course for slope correction of existing RCC roof surfaces incl cleaning roof surfaces and removal of existing APP membrane and all foreign materials by wire brushes/brooms etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Precast Concrete Block work built in Cement Mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Precast Cement Concrete Block Masonry with Solid Block, exc 10cm in width in type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) set in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description from wall/ceiling including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.
