Taking out old under ground HT cable of any size and disconnecting from Transformer, HT Panel and Pole carefully including cable cover for finding fault from trenches /wall/roof/road/pipe/pole/DB including brick layer and segregation/ staking of serviceable bricks/ pre-cast concrete cable cover of any size and type from trenches for reuse and broken brick bats / pre-cast concrete cable cover of any size and type removing from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Excavation , earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of HT XLPE Cable of cross sectional area 185 Sqmm 3 core, 11000 Volt grade, "Earthed System" heavy duty with XLPE insulated standard aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armourd with galvanized steel wire and over all PVC sheathed conforming to IS-7098 (Part-II) with latest amendments laid in trenches/fixed to wall/pole/laid in floor including necessary connections and suitable size of thimbling complete all as specified and as directed. Note - Exacavation / earth work shall be measured and paid separately. (as the loop size ( if available) varies for each joint and if loop is not available, cable trench is to be excavated to a distance to make the ends meet.

M & L for CPRI Test INDIAN / INTERNATIONAL SANDARDS IS; 13573/1992/IEC; 60502/ CENELEC; HD 628.1 & 629.1/ IEEE; 48/VDE; 0278 Heat shrinkable end termination joint indoor type dielectric strength 15 KV/mm, tensile strength 1x10E12 N/Sqmm, Elogation 300%, Volm Resist 1x10E11 Ohm.cm suitable for HT XLPE cable of size 185 sqmm 3 core armoured 11000 volt grade heavy duty complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & L tube, light grade, galvanished iron (ISI Marked) 100mm bore complete with all fittings for cable protection laid in trenches/fixed to poles/along wall/under road/across the drain complete all directed. Note- Cutting of floor, cutting of road and MS clamps for fixing the pipe along pole and wall shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Boring hole under the existing road pavement hard standing manually upto150 mm dia suitable for GI pipe laying complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide, and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth in soft / loose soil for foundation, laying of cables or pipes (where provided) for protection of cable or fixing poles and stays and struts and including trimming of sides and forming bottom surfaces to required level complete all as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading , leveling, watering and well ramming in layers each not exceeding 25cm thick in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for local sand cushioning, with dry and clean sand, over and under the under ground cables in trenches, ducts for cable protection including consolidation, 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick after laying of cable and punned down to 180mm after laying complete. Note:- Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV type-2, flat size 450 mmX180 mmX 40 mm for cable protection, cover laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable , perpendicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified.

Relaying cable cover for cable protection, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable , perpendicular to the direction of cable obtained against ser item No. 01 of BOQ complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement switch air break gang operated, triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level using heavy duty GI pipe of 40mm dia, for current rating 200 Amps, outdoor type (conforming to IS specifications) HT 11 KV, triple pole with fixed contacts of phosphorous and bronze and a set of drop out HT fuse assembly, fuse carrier fitting, 12 insulator type mounted on MS channel operating rod complete including disimantling old unserviceable switch air break gang operated device from two / four pole structure by cutting old nut, bolts of any make and size.

Supply, fabricating, installation, testing , commissioning and electrically connecting HT Feeder Pillar box cubical type of size 100 cm x 100cm x 60cm, 11000 volts, factory made, machine pressed, dust and vermin proof for out door type made with CRCA sheet 3.15mm thick, Feeder Pillar Box shall be powder coated with 7 tank process for treatment of degreasing, pickling & two coats primer, before being given the stove epoxy finish, both side opening with double door with provision of rubber beading and locking system including 320 Amp aluminium bus bar 80cm long set of 3 with provision of hole on bus bar for fixing of cable mounted on PVC/ epoxy insulators 11 KV grade, mounted on angle iron leges frame made with angle iron size 25mmX25mmx4mm and legs duly spray painted painted internally and externally with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, grouted in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) complete including necessary earth work complete, including all provision of opening for incomming/outgoing cables and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note The cost of 320 Amp aluminium bus bar set of 3 PVC/epoxy insulators 11 KV Grade, is included in item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized iron or steel earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60cm x 6.0mm thick buried directly in ground, vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at depth of not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with alternate layers of charcoal and common salt and connected to GI earth strip 32 x 6 mm thick by means of GI bolts, nuts washers & check nuts and soldering the strip, electrode connected to panel board or on poles or on transformer (including making of test point with GI strip of size 32 x 6 mm) including GI protection pipe 40 mm bore light grade for protection of strip upto the extent of 7.5 mtr all as directed, GI pipe light grade 20 mm bore for watering including providing funnel and wire mesh, GI frame with suitably reinforced RCC pit cover, PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates complete including excavation and earth work in any type of strata , all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part - I, PCC pit shall be provided at least 50 cm away from the earth pit and not just on earth pit including testing on completion and dismantling of old earthing. Note:- PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.

M & L for cable route marker of size 450x200x150mm made of plain cement concrete and top edge kerbs type B1 1:2:4 in 20mm graded stone aggregate, writing LT cable size & arrow for making good surface grouting in PCC etc, incl excavation earth work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
