Supplying and erection of 6 amps. to 32 amps. rating, 10 KA breaking capacity, 240 volts, 'C' curves, miniature circuit breaker of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections etc. as required:-

Providing and fixing following rating, double pole (single phase & neutral) 10 KA breaking capacity 240 volts, Residual Current Breaker with Overcurrent Protection (RCBO), having a sensitivity current up to 300 miliampers, suitable for protection against leakage current, short circuit & over load, the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. Make: L&T, Havells, Schneider or any other approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Four Module RCBO 63 Amp.

Providing, fixing and installation of following rating and breaking capacity MCCB with Thermal Release Having inbuilt Overload and Short Circuit Protection in the existing cubical panel board suitable for input voltage: 415/500 Volt AC, 50 Hz, complete with all accesories, including making connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. Make: L&T, Havells, Schneider, Standard or any other approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

MCCB DU100H 3-Pole 63 Amp Breaking Capacity 30-KA

Supplying and fixing Aluminum alloy or wrought aluminium strip bus-bars, suitable for 63 Amp. 415 volts capacity 4 No. each of cross-sectional area (25mmx4mm), in the existing enclosure or cubical panel with all accessories including connections etc. as required:-

Supplying and erection of following depth sheet metal cubical pedestal of suitable dimensions with plus-minus 5 cm variation, made from 1.6 mm thick M.S. sheet duly fabricated in a segregated manner for housing of switch fuse units, by welding each compartment on five sides & front side hinged, complete with locking arrangement, with sufficient No. vertical and horizontal intermediate switchgear housing compartments. The cubical pedestal shall have cable entry box at one or two sides, with epoxy powder coated approved paint and bonding to the existing earth etc. The same shall be erected in the 1:2:4 cement concrete plat-form of suitable dimensions 15 cm high from ground level and 45 cm thick. The cubical pedestal shall be 15 cm from the top of cement concrete plat-form:-

Distribution Board : -Supplying and fixing of following way L&T make MCCB incomer 3-PHASE 7- Segment SEGREGATED DB, of suitable dimensions made from 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet on surface / recess with Incomer MCCB spreader links, busbar, 4 module sub-incomer in each phase and SP MCBs as outgoing, complete with tinned copper bus- bar, wire-set, neutral link, earth bar, din-bar, detachable gland plate, cable, identification labels interconnections, phosphatized and powder painted,Metal Door IP 43 including earthing etc. as required.

Providing, laying and fixing of one No. aluminium conductor, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, unarmoured/XLPE power cable, working voltage 1100 volts grade on surface etc. of the required size:-

Unarmoured cable 25 sq. mm (3.5 core)

Providing and fixing 8 SWG (4 mm dia.) copper wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/recessed conduit/sub-main wiring/cable as required.

Supplying & erection of Wiremesh HDG cable tray with EDRN fast coupler RCSN, Wall mounting brackets etc. as required complete in all respect. Make: legrand or its equivalent to the best satisfaction by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing electrical switch board, having 4 No. of 5/6 amp. Modular Switches and Modular Socket on suitable size of G.I. modular boxes of 12 modules (205mmx135mmx60mm) deep ( nominal size) on surface or in recess with suitable size along with modular base and cover plate for modular switches in the front including providing and fixing 4 No. 5 pin 5/6 amp modular socket outlet and 5/6 amp modular switch, connection, painting etc.as required. (For Light Plug/Computer Points)

Wiring for circuit/sub-main with following size PVC insulated heat resistant flame retardant (HRFR) and low smoke single core (flexible) copper conductor cable in surface/recessed steel conduit along with 1 No.HRFRLS/PVC insulated single core copper conductor cable of same size for earthing as required.
