JOB ORDER FOR : REPAIR/MAINT OF TATA MOBILE XENON CREW (CAB 4X2) BEARING VEH BA NO 18C-107471P UNDER GE (AF) SUBROTO PARK. The following work are urgently required :-

M&L for periodical /Routine servicing of the Engine complete including replacement of following unserviceable spare parts and testing on completion- Each Job-01 (a) Engine oil 20W 40 . Make : Castrol-Ltr -08 (b) Fuel Filter, Make :- MICO/TATA-Nos-02 (c) Oil Filter, Make:- MICO/TATA – Nos -01 (d) Radiator coolant, Make:- CASTROL/PUROCOOL-Ltr -05 (e) Air Filter, Make:- MICO/TATA- Nos -01

Taking down and dismantling of burn out part of clutch and pressure assembly supply and replacement of following spares:- Each Job-01 (a) Clutch plate. Make:- MGP – Set -01 (b) Pressure plate assembly. Make:- MGP – Set -01 (c) clutch release bearing. Make:- MGP – Each - 01 (d) master cylinder Assy. Make:- TATA – Each -01 (e) Packing kit – Each -02

Taking down unserviceable alternator assy and refixing the same its original posn after replacement of the following burnout parts with new: - Each Job-01 (a) Rotor assembly ( Alternator ) – Nos -01 (b) Seal set – Nos -01 (c ) Connector assembly. – Nos -01

Taking down unserviceable steering assembly and refixing the same its original posn after replacement burnout part with new. – Each Job-01 (a) Steering Idler arm – Nos - 01 (b) Steering Idler arm Bush – Set – 01 (c ) Inner Tir Rod – Nos - 02

Taking down unserviceable wiper motor with assembly and refixing the same its original posn after replacement with new.- Each Job-01

M&L for checking of computerised Wheel Alignment and wheel balancing of four wheel greasing rear and front complete.- Each Job-01

Replacement of looking mirror both side of TATA XENON complete. – Nos - 02

Replacement of Indicator light.- Nos - 01

Replacement of Door Handles.- Nos -02

M&L for replacement of Back side door lock complete – Set -01

M&L for removing a patch of back side dent of vehicle without damage after removing of dent scrubbing and well finishing by applying comical compound putti after painting with existing colour and matching with existing surface with numbering and existing name all are including this Job.- Each-01

Complete engine tuning including carryout cleaning and washing of vehicle with water pressure pump complete and polishing work complete all as directed by engineer in charge- Each-01

NOTE:- (a) Schedule of credit Rs.725.00 will be recovered from contractor against old material. Old unserviceable retrieved materials shall be the property of contractor. (b) AGE E/M Demand No 305-A/28/EM dated 30 Jan 2026 (c) CH Head : 51/765/04 .
