Collection of blasted boulder of size 23cm. to 30cm in average and minimum weight 30Kg having (i) specific gravity not less than 2.65 and Materials properties of conforming to IS 2386 part III & IV 1963 and Free from dust, dirt and other foreign materials including local carriage and stacking in regular measurable stacks of approximate 1(one) m. height at site, payment of forest royalty, etc. complete as directed(10% under sized boulder is allowable for packing/filling the gaps occurred during execution of works) .(15% deduction will be made from the stack measured quantities on account of void)

Labour charge for laying and pitching boulder of 23 cm to 30cm size ( man size) including dressing the seat, ramming to proper size & slope, properly hand packed including site carriage of boulder from stacks within a distance of 150m etc. complete as directed.

Local carriage of boulder, metal, gravel/sand etc. from the approachable site beyond 150m and up to 3.00Km from the work site including loading from stack and unloading at work site with 10 (ten) ton capacity truck, supplying P.O.L. etc. complete as directed.

Supply of Geo Bags of Type-B (Size 2.00m x 1.50m) inner dimention made of composite layers of geo-textile as per specifications below :Woven Geo-textile for the outer cover. The woven geo textile is woven with UV resistant slit film tape fibre with MAVR values of the following properties. Filling and laying of nonwoven Geo-textile bag of dimension 2.00mx1.50m including excavation of specified sand from flood plain or adjacent chars within a distance of 90m of the work site, filling geo bags with sand having minimum volume 0.612 cum after filling ,double locking chain stitching the mouth of the filled bags with polypropylene thread by power driven double needle machine, laying at proper site including all handling charges and local carriage within a distance of 100m complete as directed. Earth work in embankment by Tractor-trailer carriage in locally available ordinary soil excluding rocky soil free from roots & vegetation and filling in uniform layers not exceeding 22 cm. thick including ploughing or roughening or benching the seats, removing all debris, breaking clods up to 2.5 cm cube, dressing as per design section including payment of forest royalty if any, etc. complete as directed. (10% deduction will be made from the section measured quantities of the completed and compacted earth work on account of shrinkage)

Supply of Pre stressed Cement Concrete (PSC) Porcupine members of size 0.10m X 0.10mX 3.00m with M-30 grade of cement concrete confirming to IS 1343:2012 using super plasticizer @ 1.2 lit/bag of cement with graded broken course aggregates up to 20mm size down confirming to IS 10262:2009 & IS 456:2000 and reinforced with 4 Nos. of 4 mm dia high tensile steel wire cable with necessary cover and 4mm high tensile stirrups 250mm C/C, in conformity with IS 6403:R2002 and stressed to required strength not execeeding 9.18 N/mm holes of 16mm dia at 50cm inside from both ends in the same face and in either face of post another 2 nos of holes of 16mm dia at 65mm inside from both ends including properly curing for 21 (twenty one)days and carriage of porcupine members from factory to the stack yard within a distance upto 20Km including loading and unloading and stacking completed as directed.
