Supply, fabrication and erection of balance SS Piping and valves in Block 103 and 114 of Project INRPC, NRB Tarapur.

Collection of FIM, handling, transportation, storage, pickling & passivation, physical measurement, checking interferences, fit-up, installation & alignment on supports of SS304L pipelines, fittings, inline equipment such as pressure gauge, instruments etc at various elevations followed by pneumatic/hydro testing of lines/spools. This also includes preparation of fabrication drawings, supply of consumables, instruments, scaffoldings, setting up of fabrication shop, dimensional measurement, providing as built drawings, documentation, FIM accounting etc. as per technical specifications, drawings and as directed by EIC. Pipes ≤1" shall be considered as 1 inch-meter.

Butt/Nozzle/Miter welding of SS304L pipes, fittings, etc. by GTAW process using ER 308L filler wires with argon purging and shielding including LP examination on root and final pass of joints along with supply of all consumables and filler wires as per technical specifications. Pipe size ranging from 8NB to 150NB. Pipes ≤1" shall be considered as 1 inch-dia.

Radiography testing of Butt/Miter Joints using X-ray /Gamma ray at shop /site at various elevations. Arrangement of Radiography equipment, tools, darkroom and pits at site. Supply of all consumables like films, chemicals etc. to carryout radiography as per approved procedure and technical specifications. Re-shoots, retake, repair and audit radiography joints will not be counted for measurement. The contractor shall provide Radiographs in digital as well as hard copy format along with other inspection reports.

Fillet/Socket/Flange welding of SS304L material by GTAW process using ER 308L filler wires with argon purging/shielding including LP examination on root and final passes along with supply of all consumables and filler wires as per technical specifications. This also includes hole making in pipe, edge preparation, fit-up, welding of the weld joint. Pipes ≤1" shall be considered as 1 Inch-dia.

Cold bending of SS Pipes up to 50NB including cleaning, LP examination and dimensional measurement as per technical specifications. Bending machines, dies, tools and other consumables as required are in the scope of contractor. Pipes ≤1" shall be considered as 1 inch-bend.

Supply, fabrication and installation of SS-304L identification tags of size 100mm (Length) x 25mm (Width) x 1mm (Thick) with ring. Line number/ fitting designation given by the department engraved with 5mm Text height and highlighted with black paint. Each line tag shall be placed at suitable locations as per technical specification and instruction given by the EIC.

Supply of material, fabrication, inspections, and erection of supporting structure made of SS304 material having sections angle, channels, beams, box sections, plates, etc. It also includes preparation of fabrication drawings, fit-up, welding and LP examination on final pass, welding to EPs for supports of piping and equipment as per site requirements, technical specification and approved drawings. It also includes cutting of SS lining surface and welding with staging member, sealing of support member to the lining.

Supply, Fabrication & erection of MS structures, Built-up member fabricated from rolled steel sections, angle, channel, Beam & Box made from MS rolled sections at various elevations. Edge preparation, fit-up, alignment, levelling, full welding with SMAW/ GMAW and Erection, DP examination on final pass of weld as per technical specification and approved drawings. Scope also includes two coat of epoxy painting after red oxide primer. It also includes supply of consumables, Electrodes/filler wire and required equipment's.

Collection of FIM (only SS304L material), fabrication, welding, inspection and erection of piping clamps, sampling tray and poision plate on MS pipe supports with SS304L material as per site requirements, technical specification and approved drawings.

SS lining with 3mm thick SS304L plates on walls, floors, around pump foundation and MS EPs/structural including inspection / survey for surface finish, levelling, chipping and cleaning to make it suitable for lining. It also includes handling & transportation of SS plates from stores to site, pickling & passivation, physical measurement, cutting, edge preparation, forming/bending, erection on MS grids provided on the floor / walls/ as applicable and indicated in the drawings/site requirement, GTAW welding, LP examination (final pass), vacuum box testing, cleaning etc.
