Demolition of reinforced cement concrete any thickness in any position complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking out for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed and removing rubbish etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour taking down, chipping and removing the loose, split, damaged cement concrete, cement mortar surfaces of RCC columns, beams, walls, chajjas etc and exposing the reinforcement, wire brushing and cleaning the exposed steel reinforced bar, apply rust remover over the cleaned re-barsurface wash the re-bar with clean water for removing all rusts fromthe old re-barsurfaces, fixing new reonforcement for strengthen the members as required, applying two coats of epoxy zinc primer on new and old steel surfaces, saturate the substrate with water applying one coat of polymer modified cement and quartz sand mortar in CM 1:3 mix, 40mm average thick in two coats, with and including polymer @10% by weight of cement, including erecting and dismantling steel scafoldingfor carrying out the work upto height of 10 metre (Appx) complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fix galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
