SEWAGE DISPOSAL (Sch 'A' Part VI (A)) Cleaning of blocked sewer lines 300mm dia with mechanical jet cleaning and super sucker (vehicle mounted) from one manhole to another manhole and clear the blocked sewer lines including cleaning the intermediate manholes, taking out the blocked mud and clean the manhole fully and washing with fresh water and burry the black soil under the ground due to unhygenic conditions completely. The unit rate is deemed to include all expenses of approach, clearance and all works required for this job complete all as specified and as directed.

STP - E/M PORTION (Sch 'A' Part IX (A)) I. II. PIPE LINE ARRANGEMENT: S&F Ductile iron pressure pipes 300 mm bore, class K9, centrifugally cast with spigot and socket ends confirms to IS 8329 / 2000 with cement mortar living in side the pipes and out side Zinc coating suitable for push-on-joint including (rubber gasket D jointing) in any length as required at site and all jointing materials including cutting, welding and insertions branch connections etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Quantity 33 RM for pipe line arrangement and 200 RM for reclying of treated water has been considered.

IV. MBBR-1 AND 2 Supply, fix, test and commissioning of fine bubbl diffuser non clogable type min 56 Nos arrangement of capacity 400 cum/hr with bubble type disc diffusers system, pipeing, disc diffuser 300 mm, valves, gauges complete equipment with UPVC piping and connected items for fully functioing complete all as specified and as directed. Note for Item No. 43 & 44: Blower and motar not inculded but piping up to blower included. Make for Item No.43 & 44: ION Exchange Ltd / Optimus Enviropro Pvt ltd / Thermax Ltd.

Supply and install Air Blower system, with electric motor of 10 HP/8 KW, 3 phase, 440 volts complete installation and testing including electric connection,star delta starter upto the entire satisfaction. M&L EPDM media for increasing surface area for bacterial growth for 1.70 MLD STP complete all as specified and as directed. Make: PP Aquatech or Equivalent make as approved by AGE (I).

VI. CLARIFIER WITH TUBE SETTLER Supply, errect, test and commissioning of electro mechanical equipment of clarifier along wih tube settler with square tubes of size 0.05mx.055m with 40 tubes along the length of square module and 40 tubes along the width of the module and thickness of individul square tube 1.50mm. flow through tube settler 85 cum/hr complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Make of STP or approved makes OEM of STP.

VII. FILTER FEED TANK WITH CHLORINE CONTACT TANK Supply fix, test and comisioing of direct cylinder mounted type vacuum chlorinator for pressure feed including all gauges, pump, motor, starter, valves, piping, connection to water mains with necesery fittings conforming to IS 10553 part - 2 having capacity 1.0 to 1000gm/hr with Cylinders - 02 Nos with chlorine with two kits of mask and connected items for usage by operators in case of leaks. consturuction of soak pit for soacking chlorine cylinder in water in case of leak complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Make of STP or approved makes OEM of STP.

VIII. PRESSURE FILTER ARRANGEMENT Supply and install, testing and commissioing of multigrade coarse (pebbles and gravel) and Sand Pressure Filter,shell type having operating flow 85.00 CuM/hr, dia of the filter not less than 3.2 Mtr and shell height minimum 1.8 mtr including media. The body of Pressure filter made of Mild Steel with epoxy coating and thickness not less than 8 mm thick including filter media and back wash system complete with butter fly valves, non return valves, piping, gauges, suports, including all connected items for complete functioning, foundation clamping and fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed. Make: Make of STP or approved makes OEM of STP.

IX. ACTIVATED CARBON FILTER Supply and install Carbon Filter, shell type having operating flow rate 85.00 Cum/hr, dia of the filter not less than 3.50 Mtr and shell height minimum1.8 mtr. The body of Pressure filter made of Mild Steel with epoxy coating and thickness not less than 8 mm thick including filter media and back wash system complete with butter fly valves, non return valves, piping, gauges, supports, including all connected items for complete functioning, foundation clamping and fixing arrangements, the filter shall be as per OEM specification and description with minimum of 5mm thickness including media, all inlet, outlet pipes, valves, non return valves/vents/ manifolds/ laterals/dish, air release valves and gauges etc, back wash facility and all connected items for full functioning including outdoor usage protective paint, foundation testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. S&F for Oil and grease tank consisting of the following components complete all as shown on drawings as specified and as directed: - (a) 150mm dia sloted pipe (SS 316 Grade) for oil skimmer - 01 Set. (b) Foot steps - 01 Set. (c) 1000mm x 1000mm Steel Chequered Plate cover - 01 Sqmm

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY (Sch 'A' Part XI (A)) M&L for construction of 200mm thick PCC solid block masonry valve chamber size 900mm x 900mm x 900mm built in CM 1:6 with 150 mm thick PCC foundation 1:2:4 type B-1 , coping 50mm thick finished even and smooth, rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:6), finished fair and even externally including excavation earthwork in any strata, 3mm thick MS sheet cover fixed on angle iron frame embeded in PCC coping with locking arrangement and mile steel hold fast, mild steel handles and painting to steel surface with two coats of black bituminus paint over one coat of red oxide primer etc, and white washing three coats on newly. Plastered walls of undecorated surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note: 01 No. has considered under External Water Supply and 27 Nos. have considered under recyling of treated water.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY (Sch 'A' Part X (A)) Supply, install, commissioning and testing of silent Diesel Engine driven generating set 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire, engine as per IS:10001/ 10002 and Alternator as per IS: 13364 complete with PCC foundation of capacity 160 KVA of following specifications :-

(a) Silent Diesel Engine six cylinders, liquid cooled, turbocharged with after cooler, developing 248 hp @ 1500 rpm The diesel engine is verticle, electric start compression ignition, 4 stroke designed to run continuously at 1500 RPM confirming to IS 10002, ISO 3046 BS as per latest BS norms standard with over load capacity of 10 % for one hour in every 12 hrs operation. The diesel engine will comply with CPCB II norms and B6 engine. The diesel engine will comprise of following components :-

(i) Radiator. (ii) Mico fuel pump with mechanical governor. (iii) Dry type cleaner. (iv) Exhaust Silencer. (v) Lub oil filter (vi) Fuel oil filter. (vii) Electric Starting System. (viii) Battery charging alternator. (ix) Slop solenoid. (x) Lub oil pressure guage. (xi) Water Temperature guage. (xii) Ammeter battery charging. (xiii) K - Cool Super Plus Coolant. (xiv) First Fill of Lube Oil.

(b) ALTERNATOR. Alternator suitable rated at 0.8PF, 415V, 3 Phase, 4 Wires, 50 Cycles/Sec., 1500 RPM. The alternator confirms to IS : 4722, BS EN 60034-1 and will suitable fpr tropical condition. (c) BASE FRAME. Suitable to couple above Engine & alternator made from steel sheet metal. (d) FUEL TANK. 12 hrs capacity with inlet and outlet arrangement, air vent and drain plug arrangement. (e) BATTERY - 02 Nos, 12 Volts Factory Pre-charged P.P. Battery with leads. Make : Kirloskar / Cummins / Ruston / Jyothi. (f) CIVIL WORKS PCC foundation for DG set shall be provided all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, install, test and commission cubicle type CPRI approved cubical type LT Feeder piller box indoor type mounted on pedestal factory made, totally enclosed with necessory ventilation weather, dust and vermin proof (also to confirm IP-54 standard), front and rear opening and compartmental type, with bus bar chamber, halfturn nobs for doors, feeder pillar type locking arrangement made of MS angle iron frame work and CRCA sheet of 2 mm thick as per IS 8623 duly painted with powder coated colour of approved shade after minimum seven tank treatment process. The panel shall be suitable for 415 volts, 50 HZ, 3 phase 4 wire system and shall be complete with suitable capacity aluminium bus bar (1.5 times the incoming switch gear current rating) with suitable size copper conductor duly insulated with PVC coloured heat shinkable type sleeves, thimbles glands, internal copper wiring for meters (for STP Electric Supply) including PCC foundation complete all as specified and as directed with the following accessories.

INCOMMING (a) Onload changeover switch 400A, 4 Pole - 01 No. (b) MCCB, 400 Amps 4 pole 36 KA, with Microprocessor Release - 02 No (01Working + 01 Stand by) (c) Multi function digital meter for I/C , O/G, MFM 4410 LED meter Cl 1 with RS485. RECYCLING OF TREATED WATER (Sch 'A' Part XII (A)) S&F Ductile iron pressure pipes 150 mm bore, class K9, centrifugally cast with spigot and socket ends confirms to IS 8329 / 2000 with cement mortar living in side the pipes and out side Zinc coating suitable for push-on-joint including (rubber gasket D jointing) in any length as required at site and all jointing materials including cutting, welding and insertions branch connections etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Valve, globe conforming to IS 9338, supplied and installed complete of size 80mm dia pipe including jointing material complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installation of Pump set, Kirloskar, KCIL eterna, Verticle Multistage inline pump,electric driven, 30KW/40HP, 3 phase 370-440 volts, including PCC foundation and electric connection and testing upto entire satisfaction complete all as specified and directed (01Working + 01Stand by = 02 Nos) (For treated water pumping). Supply and fix DI specials, K12 type for spigot and socketed pipe of any size and any type such as Tees, bends,collars, Reducers, tappers, blank plate, MJ adapters etc suitable from 80mm to 300mm dia pipes including bolts, nuts, washers, gaskets, rubber joints complete all as specified and as directed.
