S&F in replacement of Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enameled white with letter figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fix with MS clamp/Nut bolt for LT complete all as specified.

M&L for defect rectification in LT/HT cable laid in trenches up to 630 Sq mm 3/3.5 core cable with the help of electronic fault locating machine/FLC comprising of surge generator pulse/CFC /ECHO fault locator high pressure resistance and distance calculation for faults exposing the fault, removal of deteriorated portion and for cable joint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for disconnecting worn out cable of up to 630 Sqmm size from main control panel cutting worn-out portion and reconnecting with control panel with suitable size of thimbles by incl excavation of earth work for taking out cables from loop complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Air termination of Lighting conductors, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for Air termination, single pointed, copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for test point terminal block in replacement made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex.head screw complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of aluminium strip of size 25x3.15 mm for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall/ roof with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground or any other indicated situation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix GI strip of size 32x6 mm for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed wall with saddles and fixing screws etc. or laid underground as in grid connection of earthing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel painted surfaces of LT panels of any type and size by brushing/changing stain, greasy spots with thinner and apply two coats of spray painting with super enameled paint with colour of users choice approved by Dept. and writing the distribution area/location with white paint as directed to transformer indoor/outdoor installed at various different locations complete all as specified and directed at site.

M&L for carrying out horizontal boring below roads/PCC hard standing/Drains all as specified as directed for inserting GI pipe of the following size with a depth upto 1.5m & length of road upto 3 m of the suitable for 40 & 80 mm dia GI pipe as required complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide & not exc 1.5 mtr deep and getting out for taking out/laying cable, poles & stay etc complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick after the cable have been laid and tested complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for dry sand cushioning to underground cables with 8cm thick before laying of cables and 15cm thick after laying ( total 23 cm ) and compaction till 18 cm thick for measurement purpose complete all as specified and directed .

Material labour for common burnt clay bricks, sub class 'B' grade laid in trenches for protection of UG cables perpendicular to the direction of the cables complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Note for item no 50- (i) All MCCB shall be with adjustable Thermal magnetic setting (TMD).and shall be of same make of panel (ii) The board shall be epoxy polyster powder coated with structure siemens gray shade RAL-7035(iii) Sheet metal works shall be processed with nine tank process i.e. degreasing, water rinsing, activation, derusting, water rinsing, phosphating, water rinsing, passivation and water drying.(iv)Busbar shall be of electrolytic grade aluminium and shall be insulated with Red, Yellow, Blue and black colour heat shrinkable PVC sleeves.(v) Earth bus shall run throughout the length of the panel at the bottom of the panel.(vi) Each feeder shall be provided with individual inscription plate made out of black anodized Al/polycarbonate sheet with engraved/painted letters. (vii)Power switches/MCCB's will be provided with door operating mechanism, door interlock and padlocking feature.(viii ) Danger notice board with conventional skull & bone sign in postman red to be provided on front & rare side.(ix) All incoming & outgoing feeder shall be provided with cable glands at entry & exit of cable.

Maintenance / repairs to APFC panels, 3 phase AC 415 V, by skilled technician and replacement of unserviceable spares as specified below for capacities 60 to 100 KVAR including replacement of short circuited copper conductor cables with appropriate gauge PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cables and cleaning of all moving contacts of relay contactors, tightening of all terminals and testing afer repairs to ensure serviceability and corrected output at specified power factor all as specified and directed at site.

Supply and installation in replecement of Hot dipped Octagonal galvanized iron pole 8 mtr height, SMC/DMC Insulator and busbar for three phase a cable connection and MCB SP 6 Amp duly enclosed in pole with cover and cover shall be connected with metal chain, nut bolt for its proper sealing with necessary Foundation RCC 1:1:5:3 with 8Nos.16 mm dia tor bar as main bars and 8mm dia.Tor bars strips@190mm c/c as this reinforcement shall confirm to IS : 1786 latest edition.The foundation shall extend above surroundings ground/drive way level for 200 mm and have DWC 63 mm dia,PVC sleeve cast foundation for cable entry,Excavation,RCC and reinforcement etc as per manufacturer recommendation and the cost of necessary foundation , steel bars , strip and pole top mounted bracket (single or double as per site requirement and directed ) as per Manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking Down old US PCC/MS pole from site by means of Hydra including complete base including excavation and other connected items complete all as specified and directed.
