Demolishing Stone rubble masonry (In cement mortar) manually / by mechanical means carefully without damaging adjacent structures including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 100 m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling plain cement concrete manually / by mechanical means carefully without damaging adjacent structures including disposal of debris within 200 m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling Kerb stone carefully without damaging the stone, including removal of earth, base pcc etc. and refixing the same in line and level on newly laid base PCC 1:3:6 and pointing the exposed faces in cement mortar 1:3, curing etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. The rate shall also include charges for disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 m lead. The base PCC laid shall be paid separately under relevant item.

Labour charges for dismantling existing shahbad stone pavement in footpaths, in Plinth Protection etc. carefully without damaging and re-laying the same over a bed of stone grit 150mm consolidated thickness, to proper slope, including cutting the edges to proper lines and sunk pointing with Cement mortar 1:3 with 15mm x 10mm groove cross wire and longitudinally and curing etc. complete (Grit to be provided by the Contractor).

Dismantling and demolition of existing RCC slab carefully approx. size of 10.0m x 6.60m x 0.3m (thick including pcc), etc. by using DUST FREE DIAMOND WIRE SAW CUTTING / WALL SAWING / SUITABLE BLADE CUTTING SYSTEM with remote operation arrangements. Lowering the cut slabs carefully without damaging adjacent structures using suitable capacity cranes/jcb, stacking of Unserviceable materials at designated locations inside the BARC premises upto a lift of 10m and lead of 2 km as per the the drawings and instructions of Engineer-in-Charge. (Measurement shall be as per cutting cross sectional area of RCC structures only) .Note: 1. Pneumatic/Electric breaker/chipper shall not be used for breaking of RCC and other components of slab.2. The quoted rate shall include for all tools & Tackles, Providing hooks to handle the cut slab, core cutting, equipment's, machinery, consumables, gas cutting, welding, scaffolding, temporary support systems,& dismantling at any height, safety arrangements as per BARC requirements.3. The necessary cutting surface is on the road surface 4. No materials from slab cutting shall be allowed to take outside BARC 5. The volume of debris shall be calculated on slab sizes and measurement will be paid for same quantity in the corresponding items. 6. Only RCC slab cutting area will be measured for payment.7. Minimum cutting road slab area should not be less than 2.0 X1.1 SqM.

Earth work excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in all types of soil other than soft and hard rock, dressing the sides of foundation, ramming of bottom etc. including shoring and dewatering (if necessary) and refilling with selected excavated earth in layers of not more than 500 mm thick, each layer well rammed and consolidated including disposing the surplus earth within a distance of 200 m all as per specifications including clearing Jungle, uprooting of vegetation, grass, etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. From 0.00 to 1.50 m depth from Average Ground Level

From 1.50 to 3.00m depth from Average Ground Level

Supplying, stacking and laying of 230 mm thick rubble soling stones as under floor base including packing with smaller stone and compacting, ramming including spreading and consolidation of blinding material, moorum etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4/ M-15 with minimum cement content 320 Kg/Cum (1 cement, 2 crushed sand, 4 graded stone aggregate of nominal size 20 mm) including consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specification and drawings but excluding the cost of Formwork shuttering, centering and steel reinforcement at all Levels . Note: Minimum Cement Content to be as per the latest revision of the relevant IS Codes.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:3:6/M-10 with minimum cement content 220 Kg/Cum (1cement, 3 crushed sand, 6 graded stone aggregate of maximum size 20 mm) including consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete as per pecificationsand drawings but excluding the cost of Form work shuttering, centering Complete at all levels. Note: Minimum Cement Content to be as per the latest revision of the relevant IS Codes.
