Description/Scope of work
Repair and maintenance of Air Conditioning System in 6 nos. drills (3 nos. Electrical Drill model IDM70E sl. no. 201610208, 201610209, 201210177 and 3 nos. Diesel drill model C650D sl. no. 6021711 & model IDM30D sl. no. 201906925 & 201906927) running at Kusmunda OCP for a period of 365 days, which includes the following work: 1. Repairer has to make operative the air conditioner of 06 nos. Drills of KOCP in the beginning of the contract period. 2. The spare parts required for making the AC operative of 06 nos. Drills shall be repaired/replaced by the repairer at his own cost. 3. Compressor oil, Receiver Drier, Filters & refrigerant required for repair/maintenance shall be provided by the repairer. 4. Repairer shall carry out complete servicing which will include periodical checking, vacuuming of AC system lines, flushing with Nitrogen gas (Nitrogen gas will be provided by SECL), repairing/replacement of parts, charging of refrigerant and starting & final testing of air-conditioning system for proper cooling. 5. Repairer will provide tools-tackles, manpower & technical supervision for fitment of spares for maintenance of air-conditioner during the contract period (365 days/one year). Note: Price must be quoted in lumpsump amount in totality for the above work.
