3.2 (b) To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. ( 2020-21, 2021-22 , 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25), Satisfactory completion (at least 50% of the contract value) as a prime contractor for at least one similar works such as Construction New tank/Lake/Percolation tank/Improvements or Repairs to tank works of value not less than Rs. 40.32 Lakhs. (Upload scan copy of work done Certificate report issued by the employer Not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned division)

3.2(c) To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. ( 2020-21, 2021-22 , 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25), Executed in any one year the minimum quantities of work : 1. Earthwork including excavation, desilting and embankment etc., (in combined Qty) 68,028.70 CUM, 2. Cement Concrete (both PCC & RCC) 517.46 CUM, 3. Reinforcement steel for RCC structures 6.31 T, 4. Revetment/Pitching 3,859.20 Sqm.

3.2 (a) To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. (2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25) Achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover (In all classes of Civil Engineering Construction works) of Rs 80.64 Lakhs (usually not less the estimated cost under this contract, for works costing up to Rs. 100 lakhs) (Annual Turnover Certificate along with Balance sheet certified/attested by Chartered Accountants should be uploaded with 18-Digits system generated unique number UDIN Number)

3.3 (b) Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs 24.20 Lakhs (Credit lines / Letter of credit / Certificates from Banks) for meeting the fund requirement etc.

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non accessibility of KPPP portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

Bidder shall pay Contract Management Module processing fees of 0.025% of the contact value (Min Rs.500/- & Max Rs.7500/-) soon after contract has been issued to bidder.

Executive engineer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender and to cancel the tender process and reject all tenders at any time prior to award of contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected tenderer or tenderers or any obligation to inform the affected tenderer or tenderers of the grounds for the employers action.

IT, GST and other taxes will be deducted as per prevailing Government order.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
