Shifting servicing repair DG

Checking of following capacity DG sets at various sites for verifying status (healthiness) of DG sets (before shifting) inluding arranging skilled man power, required T&P, diesel and transportation changes if any etc complete as required.

Upto 100km from Jabalpur (Khitoli BTS, Sihora & Lakhnadon-2 BTS)

Above 100km from Jabalpur Rajegaon TE (Balaghat), Waraseoni (Balaghat), Baihar (Balaghat) & Bhichhiya-2 BTS)

Dismantling of following capacity DG sets from foundation along with Control Panel, fuel Tank, fuel piping, exhaust pipe with silencer and associated accessories including disconnection power / control cables etc . Keeping the faulty DG set at directed location in same premises and DG to be shifted at directed location etc complete as required.

Shifting and transportation of the following capacity DG sets complete with all accessories i.e. fuel tank and control panel and other associated accessories, including loading, Cartage, transportation and unloading at destinationation location/site, arrangement of crane/chain pulley etc complete as required at site.

Upto 20km 20 kVA (Bhichhiya-2 BTS to Bichhiya TE) (Approx: 5km)

Above 20km and upto 60km 32.5 kVA (Rajegaon to Waraseoni) (Approx: 40kM) 15 kVA (Waraseoni to Khairlanji) (Approx: 25km) 15 kVA (Baihar to Paraswada) (Approx: 30km) 15 kVA (Khitola BTS to Dheemerkheda) (Approx: 40km) 15 kVA (Lakhnadon-2 BTS to Dhanora) (Approx: 35km)

Installation of following capacity DG sets along with Control Panel, Fuel Tank and other accessories on the existing foundation, making Fuel line connections, fixing of existing exhaust piping/silencer, making connection of existing control/power cable, existing earthing connections, tightening of all electrical connections / nut-bolts and Testing on existing exchange load for at least one Hour, Commissioning etc. as required at site. (Note: Diesel required for load testing of DG set will be supplied by BSNL)

Pdg. & Making of General Servicing of the following capacity DEA sets of different make and model installed at TE/BTS Sites comprising of following jobs i/c fare and labour charge including complete checking of DEA Set after servicing and replacement of consumables for proper working as per manufacturer recommendations etc. complete as reqd. a) Cleaning the bowl inside as well as out side of fuel filter and oil filter. b) Cleaning the fuel strainer with clean diesel i/c pressure testing of fuel injector and it should be as per manufacturer recommendation. c) Cleaning the cooling system (Radiator i/c fins) d) cleaning of Air cleaner element. e) Checking all belt Drives and re-tensioning the same etc. as reqd. f) Remove the tappet cover and checking the valve clearance gap between rocker arm toe and valve stem end in cold condition as per manufacturer recommendation. g) Cleaning the entire E/A Set (inclusive blower and block). i.e. oil & grease etc. h) Cleaning of diesel tank i) Checking of charging alternator, starter self and engine control panel connection, gauges and indicators and its fuction. j) Checking and setting of fuel supply and time as per manufacturer recommendations. NOTE: After servicing the of DEA set, a trial test also be carried out by the firm for checking its performance dully verified by concerned telecom authorities. - Diesel shall be provided by BSNL at site.

Supplying and Fixing of 12 Volts Lead Acid Maintenance Free Battery of following capacity for E/A sets, i/c complete initial charging, battery terminals, transportation, testing, commissioning etc. complete as reqd. Note:- 1. Agency shall be liable for Replacement of faulty battery during Manufacturer's Standard Warranty Period (Warranty period is 18F + 18P). 2. Old battery shall be the part of contractor as is where is basis available if available at site, hence rate may be quote accordingly.

RSupplying and fixing of following rating ISI Marked ON LOAD Change over switch in sheet enclosure, suitable for operation on 415V, 3 phase, 50Hz A.C. supply with single handle operated, 4 pole with two earthing terminals etc complete as required.

Providing and making general servicing and repairing of 12 Volts Engine starting self i/c dismentalling of equipments, greasing and oiling of bearing and other parts, cleaning of housing of the self with petrol, replacement of carbon brushes by new one etc complete checking of self and testing and refixing with proper alignment with gears etc complete as reqd.

Rectification of defects in DEA panel wiring with the help of petty nature consumables and wires including cleaning and testing and make the panel operational etc. complete as required.

Repairing & servicing of the existing faulty radiator in existing DEA set by repairing of leakage and cleaning of copper tubes with the help of cleaning agents, dismentalling of radiator assembly including transportation, brazing and testing for leakage and reinstallation after repairing the same etc. complete as required.

Dismantling, transportation and refixing of the following capacity alternator from site to the nearest alternator rewinding workshop and refixing to the same after rewinding. (Two way transportaion, rewinding charges not included in this item)
