Plain Cement concrete (1:2:4) using 12mm size hard crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including lowering, laying, compacting concrete laid in layers not exceeding 0’-6” thick to required depth & level with watering, curing including cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc, complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of CERAMIC GLAZED WALL TILES of size (300X300mm)/ (200mmX200mm) having thickness of 6.5mm to 6.7mm plain/ printed series of approved quality & of approved colour confirming to I.S specification in dado/skirtingm ruser if steps & upto the required height fixed in neat cement slurry after soaking the tiles in water & fixing over 12mm thick cement plaster of prop. (1:3) filling joints with white cement & colouring pigments to match the shade of the tiles including washing & cleaning with oxalic acid with watering, curing cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour and sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete and as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, fitting and fixing of GRANITE TILES in floors of size above 0.10 sqm and up to 0.40Sqm. size of approved quality & shade laid over 25mm thick cement mortar of prop. (1:1) to proper slope & level jointed with neat cement slurry with approved colour pigment to match the colour of tile including watering, curing, cost, conveyances, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete and as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, fitting and fixing of wall panelling with 19mm thick BWR Ply with vineer of approved quality with all cost, conveyances, taxes of all materials, cost of labour, T&P etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of Grid Mineral Fiber Ceiling Board having size 600mmX600mmX16mm of approved design and quality complete with frame and all fitting & fixtures complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling & removing old damaged lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out joints and removing the debris away from work site within 50m. lead etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) in all floors finished smooth to out side smooth surface of brick walls after racking out joints, scrapping & cleaning the surface & finishing the plaster surface smooth using wooden float only to proper plumbs & level and making necessary grooves, beads & drip course to give required ornamental finish as per drawing, watering, curing, scaffolding, screening sand etc. complete with cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P, sundries required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 6mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) to Ceiling of Roof Slab, Stairs, Chajjas, shelves, lofts & other R.C.C. surfaces including deep close chipping, roughening, scrapping, cleaning the exposed R.C.C. surface finishing smooth, providing masonry drip course & grooves wherever necessary including watering, curing, scaffolding etc, complete with cost, conveyances, royalties, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P, sundries required for the work, screening the sand etc. complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
