Dismantling Single layer Mangalore pattern or similar tiles in roofing carefully without damaging sewage and water pipe line electric wiring and building property and stacking serviceable items for Credit Item and removing debris/ damaged tiles, etc all complete as directed by EIC

Dismantling Battens for tiles spaced exc 15cm, shingles etc, of any size carefully without damaging sewage and water pipe line electric wiring and building property and stacking serviceable items for Credit Item and removing debris/ damaged batten, etc all completed as directed by EIC

S&F Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting 0.63mm thick with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 , including cutting chases and repairing the same if required and providing bitumen gola etc all completed as directed by Engg in Charge. S&F Green Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick or manufacturer's specification of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified including cutting chases and repairing the same if required and providing bitumen gola, etc all complete as directed by Engg in Charge (Make : JSW Colouron/ Tata Durashine/ Essar) NOTE: Sample for pattern and colour shall be submitted for approval of Competent Authority before execution.

S&F thermal insulation hybrid XLPE air bubble sheet Nominal 15 mm thick laminated on both side with pure aluminum foil, bubble size 10mm x 4mm XLPE i.e chemically crossed linked, closed cell, polythen foam insulation having thermal conductivity of the best quality i.e 0.0329W/m.k at 23deg C . Suitable for wide temperature range from -40degC to +115 deg C , unaffected by most mild acids and alkai, offers high resistance to ingress of moisture , enhance overall acoustic property and reducing rainwater noise in metal roofing. M&L Rendering 20mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (CM 1:4) including taking down removing plaster for repairs etc, all complete as directed by EIC

M&L for Cement paint two coats including preparation of new wall surfaces, applying priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint etc, all completed as directed by EIC.

M&L Painting on Steel Surface of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described including preparation of new surface, one coat of red oxide, and two coats of synthetic enamel paint etc all complete as directed by EIC.
