Dismantling existing vertical extended shaft from the drain valve , remove the old valve from the chamber
Supply of 300mm D.I resilient (soft) seated gate valve with pocket less body, ss stem ( aisi 410), epdm coated di wedge 100% vaccum tight design with toroidal sealing ring & over 250 micron epoxy coating in pn 10 designed to bs :5163/is:14846 non-rising stem type with cap
Supply of rubber gasket for joints , bolt , nuts and Tyton rubber ring etc., for connecting the valve with exisitng specials
Fabricating intermitiate MS angle bar with suitable to fix guide arrangements for vertical rod including bolt nut civil work .To avoid unnesscesary vibration in the vertical shaft
Fixing charges for installing new valve in the existing chamber
Dismantling existing 0.5 mtr long DI double flanged pipe from Sewage pipe line at Filter plant WTP
