Sub-Head I:- SITC of 380 KVA CPCB-IV Plus Silet Type DG Set

Supplying , Installing, Testing and Commissioning of 'Silent Type' Diesel Generating set along with having Prime Power Rating of 380 KVA, 415 volts at 1500 RPM, 0.8 lagging power factor at 415 V suitable for 50 Hz, 3 phase system & for 0.85 Load Factor as per latest CPCB-IV norms and consisting of the followings:

Diesel Engine:

Diesel engine 4 stroke water cooled, electric start, of suitable BHP at 1500 RPM suitable for above output of alternator at 40 Degree C, 50 % RH & at 1000 Meter MSL and conforming to BS 5514, BS 649, IS 10000, capable of taking 10 % over loading for one hour after 12 hours of continuous operation. The engine will be fitted complete with all the required accessories.

Engine mounted Instrument Panel fitted with and having digital display for following and with inbuilt of AMF Logic Control panel.

(i) Start-stop switch with key

(ii) Water temperature indication

(iii) Lubrication oil pressure indication

(iv) Lubrication oil temperature indication

(v) Battery charging indication

(vi) RPM indication

(vii) Over speed indication

(viii) Low lub. Oil trip indication

(ix) Engine Hours indication

Alternator :

Synchronous alternator rated at 380 KVA, 415 volts at 1500 RPM, 3 phase 50 Hz, AC supply with 0.8 lagging power factor at 40 Degree C. The alternator shall be having SPDP enclosure, brushless, continuous duty, self-excited and self-regulated through AVR conforming to IS: 4722/BS 2613 suitable for tropical conditions and with class F/H insulation.

Base Frame & Foundation:

Both the engine and alternator shall be mounted on suitable base frame made of MS channel ( As per manufacture design ) with necessary reinforcement which shall be installed on suitable existing cement concrete foundation and vibration isolation pads arrangement as per recommendations of manufacturer.

Fuel Tank:

Inbuilt fuel tank of Suitable capacity as per OEM capacity fabricated out of 3 mm thick M.S. sheet complete with all standard accessories and fuel piping between fuel tank and diesel engine as per OEM standards complete with valves, level indications & accessories as required as per specifications.

Exhaust System:

Dry exhaust mainfold with hospital exhaust silencer and catalytic convertor.

Starting System:

12V/24V DC starting system ( as per manufacture design ) comprising of starter motors: voltage regulator and arrangement for initial excitation complete with suitable nos. of batteries as required as per specifications.

Acoustic and weather proof enclosure with arrangement for fresh air intake for cooling of the engine & alternator, extraction, discharging hot air in to the atmosphere as per specifications.

DG Set as above

Supplying Installation testing and commissioning of compartmentalized double door, indoor type cubicle type automatic mains failure (AMF) control panel including fully by pass panel, suitable for 380 kVA Silent type DG set, complete with relays, timers, set of CTs for metering & protection and energy analyser to indicate currents, phase and line voltages, frequency, power factor, KWH, KVARH & provision for overload, short circuit, restricted earth fault, under frequency, copper conductor control cabling (12C x 2.5sq.mm ) from AMF panel to diesel engine approximate 60 meter and elsewhere, if required. AMF control panel including auto by pass panel is totally enclosed dust and vermin proof, made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet having concealed hinges, lockable doors, detachable gland plates of suitable size at the bottom for cable entry, and bus bar chamber with tinned Aluminium bus bar of 800 Amp capacity, ISMC channel at bottom powder coating the panel, supplying and fixing of the following and all other required accessories and components for the above DG set as per detailed technical specifications i/c copper wires for control wiring, connections and interconnections, complying to CPRI etc complete as required.

a) 630 Amps, 36 kA, Four pole, MCCB, Ics=100% Icu with microprocessor release, operating handle and spreader links - 2 Sets.

b) 650 - 700 Amps (AC-1 rating), Four Pole, power contactor with mechanical and electrical interlocks and necessary auxiliary contactors etc- 2 Sets.

c) 800 Amps, four pole, Onload, 3 position change over switch -2Nos (EB bypass)

d) Micro processor based automatic mains failure control unit for emergency and standby power supply system having under voltage, overvoltage, single phasing protection and other standard features - 1 set (As per DG set OEM)

(c ) 2 Nos. over voltage relay, 2 Nos. reverse power relay and 2 Nos. under voltage relay. (As per DG set OEM)

(d) 3 Sets of current transformers

(f) Indicating lamps for load on mains and load on set

(g) Fuse for instruments

(i) Main supply failure monitor

(j) Control unit with three impulse automatic engine start/stop and failure to start lockout.

(k) Audio/Video annunciation for

(i) High water temperature

(ii) Low lubrication oil pressure

(iii) Engine over speed

(iv) Engine fails to start

l) 25x5 mm copper strip along the entire width and length of the board- 1 Set

m) 24 V DC Hooter with acknowledge and LED lamp for DG Fault

o) LED phase Indicating lamps for DG, EB supply, mains on load, EB on load -1 set

AMF Panel with fully by pass complete as above (as per DG set OEM)

Supplying of 3½ x 400 sq mm Aluminium Conductor Armoured PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade conforming to IS: 7098 ( Part-1) with latest amendments etc complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size above 185 sq.mm and upto 400 sq.mm direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required

Laying of one number additional PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size above 185 sq.mm and upto 400 sq.mm direct in ground in the same trench in one tier horizontal formation including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size above 185 sq.mm and upto 400 sq.mm in the existing mansonry open duct as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size above 185 sq.mm and upto 400 sq.mm Cclamped with 40x3 mm MS flat clamp) on wall surface as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for size 3½ X 400 sq.mm (82 mm) of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long, digging etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long, digging etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Supplying , Installing, Testing and Commissioning of 4P 1000 Amp ON Load Change Over Switch with Sheet Steel Enclosure including in coming, out going and load cable connections etc complete as required.

Supplying of HT 3 x 185 sq mm Aluminium Conductor Armoured PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade conforming to IS: 7098 ( Part-2) with latest amendments etc complete as required.

Supplying and making indoor cable end jointing with cast resin compound, including lugs and other jointing materials for size of 3 core upto 185 sq.mm, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required.

Sub-Head-II : Buy Back Item "As is where is basis" of following old 04 nos. DG sets

NOTE:- Firm will be allowed to take away the above working condition Silet Type 380 KVA DG set along with its indoor type AMF panel only after satisfactory S/I/T/C of new 380 KVA DG set with AMF control panel with fully by pass panel . (Sub-head – I) .
