Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for laying UG cable not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 1 above but for soft / loose soil

All as per item No. 1 above but for soft / disintegrated rock.

Returning, filling, incl spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material not exc 50m and depositing where as directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and spread sand cushioning for cable cushioning all as directed. Note:-Thickness of sand cushioning shall be measured after punning

S& L for reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV, type 1, flat size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm size for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for old size brick Class 'B' protection for Under ground cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down burnt bricks / PCC covers of any size and relaying the same after laying of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down unserviceable HT 22 KV cable of any size and description complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Relaying only the serviceble HT 22 KV cable of any size and any description obtained from item No 12 above after jointing, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, lay & testing XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire amoured electric aluminium conductor cable 22000 volts (earthed) grade of cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core including disconnecting and removing old unserviceable cable and bricks complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for cable jointing kit for 22 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm including taking down old cable joint kit complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for heat shrinkable HT 22 KV (earthed) straight through joint cable kit suitable for aluminium conductor cable of size 3 core 185 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge

All as per item No-14 above but for 22 KV of size 95 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cable route indicator made out of PCC 1:3:6 of size 300x100mm, 450mm above ground level finished even and fair with 10mm thick plaster 1.6 ambeded upto 600mm below ground level of size 300x300mm and marked/ written for HT 22KV including indicating direction with and including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer to exposed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting the transformer indoor/ out door from HT 22 KV side at site dismantling carefully and removing primary and secondary terminals, top cover with conservator tank, neutral earth strip and draining out transformer oil to the required level and storing carefully in cleaned containers, cleaning of terminals, inspection of core, supply and replacing 5 mm thick rubberised cork sheet gasket for tank top cover and reassembling the complete dismantled items, reconnecting the HT/ LT supply cable ends at the site for the following transformers complete all as directed by engineer incharge for transformer capacity 100KVA to 250 KVA

All as per item No.17 above but ransformer capacity 300KVA to 500 KVA

Filteration of transformer oil of transformer installed at various locations out door/in door transformer to achieve electric strength of 40 KV for 1 minute at 4mm gap as per relevant IS with portable filteration plant, testing of oil for di electric strength before and after filteration shall be conducted all as directed by the Engineer in Charge Note : Test results after filteration shall be produced on completion.

Supply and topping up new transformer oil into the conservator tank/body tank of the transformer at various location complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Make : Power oil or its equivalent) Note : The transformer oil for topping up shall be with di-electric strength of 40KV

M& L for rewinding of HT /LT windings of transformer , winding the defective coils with approved quality copper wire as per IS of same gauge and existing size together with new insulation materials, bracings the terminals before placing into the tranformer and assembling the HT / LT coil with new insulation between core and LT coil all as required and fitting the coils in the chamber, testing and commisioning the transformer after providing necessary connections complete including transportation to workshop complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for replacing silica gel breather for sizes of transformers 00 to 200 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No.21 above but 300 to 500 KVA

M&L for shifting of transformer of any capacity from one area to another area and placing in position and making all conections including removing and depositing the old transformer to store yard carefully and properly testing and commisioning transformer all as directed .

Taking out old unserviceable deffective HT bushings from transformers and material and labour for new porcelain bushing with brass stud, nuts and washers, connecting to the winding testing and commissioning the transformer of capacity 100 to 200 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 23 above but HT bush for 300 to 500 KVA

Supply and replacement of pin type porcelain vitreous white/ brown insulator of size 150 mm height, 150 mm dia 22000 volts grade incl one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised washers and one galvanised iron nut complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make: Jayshree / Mysore porceleain / Jaipuria / BHEL / Southern insulator / WS insulators)

Supply and replacement of disc type porcelain vitreous 145 mm height and 255 mm dia ball and socket type white, brown or green for working pressure 22000 volts including mild steel straps of size 38 x 5 with 20mm dia bolts including spendal complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make: Jayshree /Mysore porcelain / Jaipuria / BHEL / Southern insulators / WS insulator)

Taking down old unserviceable earthing and M & L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 600mm x600mmx 3.15 mm thick burried directly under ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25meter below ground level with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to and including GI strip 32 x 6 mm, by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washeres made out of GI including protection pipe GI light grade 40 mm size and watering pipe 20 mm dia GI medium grade all as shown on plate No 3 of SSR Part-I, connecting to earthing test point, including necessary earth work in any type of soil, PCC earth chamber made in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate), common salt, charcoal, CI funnel, earth pit cover in RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregates), with 8mm CTD bars @ 100mm c/c in both ways, including necessary form work complete including necessry test on completion all as specified and as directed.

M & L for detect HT 22 KV cable fault for various size cable of round the clock i.e entire contract day with technician at aundh Md accn and OTM Accn areas detect the cable fault and necessary excavation of soil and refilling the soil, joint the faulty cable with new straight through joint kit, after jointing, testing, and charging of HT complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note: (i) Cable joint required size measured and paid separately (ii) Each job considered cable fault locator use in one day)

M&L for Painting on two pole structure with two coat of aluminum paint over red oxide paint after preparation of old surfaces , complete as existing complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge .

M&L for Painting on four pole structure with two coat of aluminum paint over red oxide paint after preparation of old surfaces , complete as existing complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge .

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces above ground level of PCC pole 11 M long with two coats of cement based paint , cleaning by scraping and applying and two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer on cross arms, brackets, clamps etc and writing pole number in black paint (Size shall be 40 mm) complete all as directed by Engineer - In - Charge

All as Per item No 36 above but for Steel Tubular Poles 11 mtr with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete including cross arms, brackets, clamps, terminal box etc and writing pole number in black paint (Size shall be 50 mm) complete all as directed by Engineer - In - Charge Note: The quoted rate inclusive of two coats of white wash on exposed coping surface and painting Blue and White strips in alternate layers with synthetic enamel paint up to1Mtr height above coping of pole complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for transformer Painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of same colour including preparation of old surfaces complete includuing writing the MES no in bold letter complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge .

Repair/Maintenance and attending breakdown(Highly Skilled -01 & Skilled -01) on 22KV HT over head line and under ground cable to the HT terminal of transformer for round the clock at Aundh Md accn and OTM Accn incl maint of substaion, tranformer yard, earthing and also attending repairs, checking of binding and serviceability of jumpers of overhead conductors and opening the burnt binding wire, re-strining and tightening the jumpers using suitable size of new conductors, using comprission/crimping type slvees joints for jointing conductors/jumper connections including treatment with conducting jelley all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-charge.the following locations: (a) MD accn Area:- (i) 22 KV MRS at Y Junction (ii) TFR No 1 yard at near 22 KV MRS (iii) TFR No 2 yard at near Bldg No P-159 (iv) TFR No 3 yard Near E/M Complaint Cell aundh (v) TFR No 4 Yard Near Bldg No P-297 (vi) TFR No 5 Yard Near Bldg No P-306 (vii) TFR No 6 & RMU Yard Near Bldg No P-329 (viii) TFR No 7 Yard Near Bldg No P-320 (ix) TFR No 8 & 9 Yard Near Bldg No P-376 & P-291 (x) TFR No 10 & 11 yard near Bldg Nos

Serviceing/calibration of 22 KV HT POVCB complete including the following:- (a) Checking the 22 KV HT POVCB/(SF 6 type) of 1600 Amps rating HT panel after switching off electric supply checking of mechanical system for proper functioning of upward/downward movement of HT POVCB including servicing the CR Panel & checking the mechanical system. Cleaning & servicing the fixed/moving contact & blowing out dust and applying the proper lubrication/greasing the including replacing the control cables as required for connection to CR panel (b) Taking out relay set ( 2 Nos over current & 01 No earth fault relay) of any make from HT 22 KV CR panel and cleaning the contact (NO+NC) by CTC solution and adjust the contact and calibrate the relay by relay testing kit & proper plug setting as per reqd load & time delay and fixing the relay set in HT panels complete all as specified and directed.

Note : (i) Testing of above job to be carried out by engineers of authorised dealer/service centre of concerned OBC. (ii) Replacing new items shall be measured and paid separately as supply only. (iii) Contractor shall submit the connected document/graph for relay calibration duly authenticated by authorised dealer/service center.

Dismantling the unserviceable crossarms and M&L for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
