M&L for Opening cover slab and taking out accumulated Night Soil, Sludge, or any other solid/Semi solid material, foreign materils etc from septic tank/manhole of any depth including de-watering where required and removing and carrying the same out side the campus area in close container from starting point and deposit entire sludge as per policy / rule of local authority, Cleaning the septic Tank and re-fixing the cover slab, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cleaning of sewage pipe line of size exceeding 150 mm to 450 mm dia (bore) drain pipe by means of roading from manhole to manhole and Septic tank to gully trap, etc and well flushing with water arrange by contractor at his own till clear flow complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cleaning of gully trap/floor trap of any size and removing sludge waste material etc to a distance n.exc 250m. deposited the material at one place and removed in closed container with items in no 4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cleaning of water closet blockage and removing waste material to a distance n. exc 50m complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Item No 01 to 06 (1) The complaints of blockage must be cleared with in 48 hrs. If complaint not cleared with in 48 hrs after received of complaint from MES office penality of Rs 200 per day of 24 hrs for each complaint shall be recovered from contractor's bill for delay period of attending of complaint.

Demolition of brick work or stone /boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but exluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and removing unserviceable material from site of work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class "B" brick, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 Mtr mean radious built CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

Taking down of cement plaster of any description on brick including raking out joints,hacking for key,scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of precast reinforcement cement concrete in ground floor and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed

M&L precast cement concrete type B1, 1:2: 4 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in cover slab for manhole and similar articles with plain faces and set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cracking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hookings end as and binding with MS wire (Annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed

Demolition and breaking up 150 mm dia, drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortor complete all as specified and directed Note: Excavation shall be paid seperately.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) pipes, 110mm bore, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced concrete) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed

M&L providing cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-I (20mm graded agg) in copings kerbs chamfered or rounded on edges incl necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed

M & L for angle iron post or struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes notching for wire etc complete all as specified and directed

S & F in repair galvanised 2 stand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples of steel pins etc. complete all as specified and directed

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide on new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or grith after preparation complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Concertina coil 900mm dia, core wire dia 2.5mm, galvanised with barbs of size 11 x 19mm @ 24mm c/c,coil strechable up to 6 mtrs, loop spacing @ 250 to 300mm complete all as specified and directed

M&L providing precast cement concrete louvers and jallies 35 mm thick ( 12.5 mm graded agg and set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in post holes in soft/loose soil each n.exc 0.5 cum getting out returning,filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layer n exc 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50mtr and making good surface complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (40mm stone aggregate ) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel flats for hand rails, wind ties, posts and struts in fencing screwed or welded to shape as directed, including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc., and similar work confirming to Fe 290 gde -E-165 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for MS TMT bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with complete all as specified and directed.
